First Class Chimney Services, LLC

This company was honest and fair. The gentleman who came to my house to preform the service were punctual, customer service orientated, and polite. They even gave me lessons as how to operate the stove, as I am a new home owner and have never operated one before. This was much appreciated! I will definitely use them for any stove/chimney needs in the future.

I called them to get a price and appointment time. They were very professional and gave me a date and arrival time. The techs arrived exactly on time and were very knowledgable. They were very hard workersl and job was completed in about one hour. My chimney was very dirty. They told me that they had never seen so much creosote buildup. I am very lucky that I did not have a chimney fire. PLEASE HIRE THEM ... THEY ARE GREAT !!!!

The office personnel were friendly and easy to work with, and the two service people who showed up were polite, explained what they found, fixed the problem and were on their way. One of guys was nice enough to answer a question I had about the stove that wasn't part of the project. He was very helpful and i appreciate so much his taking time to help me. The pair did an excellent job of checking the stove pipes and found a bird's nest in the piping, which they removed and they installed a screen cap on the top of the outside pipes. Very pleased with the experience.

Their representative was prompt, performed the inspection, was clean and respectful. They provided estimate and pictures of work to be accomplished.

Three story chimney. First cleaning in 30 years. No dirt in the house at all. Thorough inspection. Courteous, knowledgeable service on time.

Techs were friendly and seemed knowledgeable when answering all my questions. However, will have to wait for a rainstorm or two to see if repair works, which would increase my quality rating.

They replaced our rusted chimney chase for a very reasonable price. Some of the estimates I received were incredibly high. They were also the only ones to actually get out a ladder and measure the chase. The previous two never got out a ladder. They just looked up and tossed out a number that made no sense. First Class Chimney gave me the written estimate and a date to install on the spot. I gave them a 33% down payment with the balance due upon completion of the work. When install day came they hit the end of the 2.5 hour window at the very end. They called in the middle of the window and explained a previous job was taking longer than expected. Which was very professional. They asked if it was ok for them to come later than the window, and I agreed it was. They were still on-time! They installed the stainless chase cover in about 40 minutes, took the old chase with them and asked if I had any questions. I didn't and paid the balance of the bill which was spot on with the estimate. The new chase looks great. A very good experience all around!
