Used an Angie's Deal to have large branches removed from 2 trees. Large branches were directly over the roof and cars were parked directly under the other. The 3 man crew carefully removed the branches without damaging anything. The process was controlled and skillfully executed and It was interesting to watch their work. They did a decent job cleaning up before they left. It can be tricky to schedule an appointment and they called to let me know they were running late. Other than that, everything went well and I would definitely use them again for any tree trimming projects.

After purchasing deal, two weeks later I had to called Angie's list because I never heard from Escobar to acknowledge me as a customer or to schedule a date for service. When Escobar arrived he informed me that the deal was for 3 professionals for 8 hours each, which clarified my error in thinking that the deal was for 3 trees. However, I had no problem with that, I only had two trees that needed removing. The deal also stated complete tree removal. Escobar informed me that they would only cut down the trees but would not remove the wood from the property unless I paid an additional $400.00 that he needed to pay the dump to dump the trees. I agreed with the increase. The only part of the tree the company removes and puts in the wood chipper are the branches. Escobar also informed me that the initial deal does not include stump removal. Even with the increase in price he said that he would not remove the stumps. He offered no additional cost for stump removal. The deal could not meet my expectations. I feel that when these companies offer services it should be clearly stated what can and cannot be accomplished with the deal. When the deal stated complete tree removal, I was expecting that the trees would be completely removed from the property and if additional services are required by the customer, state that there will be additional costs. My concern also is that the company should reach out to the customer in a timely manner. Particularly because of the 30-day refund/cancellation policy.

Once we were able to get into contact they were right on time and worked until the job was done to my satisfaction. It required removing all the small branches and shedding them and cutting up and stacking the larger logs in area that we not obvious. They performed the work as asked for in a timely manner and cleaned up after finishing. I would definitely hire them again. Note when contacting them texting is the best way - I tried to email but not sure anyone monitors it.

They were excellent. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time. They also picked up all their trash and took it with them. I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

It went very well. They did everything that I asked them to do. They took the trunks of the 8 foot bush and the Rose of Sharons all the way to the ground. They trimmed the low hanging branches off of my two trees and double checked to make sure that they got every branch that I wanted off. When they cleaned up, they picked up other non related branches that had fallen off of other trees during the winter.

Very smoothly. They arrived on-time, were diligent in their work, didn't waste time, and cleaned up thoroughly. The owner was very congenial in responding to client's questions and special requests. (Note: As the client was a woman, she was especially appreciative as this treatment was not her usual experience in dealing with other male-dominated service providers.)

Carlos and his crew arrived on time on the agreed upon time. He and his crew were very pleasant and professional. The job was performed in an outstanding manner. I will definitely hire them in the future when the tree needs prunning.

Mr. Carlos is super friendly and responsive. I called on Saturday 2/25 and he came out the next day to evaluate and give me a quote (even though it wasn't an emergency). He did provide a quote on the spot and it was very reasonable. I was given 24 hours notice and 4 days after my quote, the tree was removed without any damage to my house or surrounding area (both a fence and a shed were also in harms way). Without going in to excessive detail, Escobar Tree Experts went well beyond the call of duty. The tree is gone and I am extremely happy with how everything went. I highly recommend this company, and especially consider them if you live in Bowie or the surrounding area as they are local!

Everything went very well! The crew, led by Carlos, was here early, they worked carefully yet efficiently such that the job did not take an inordinate amount of time. They removed limbs that were potentially going to have a negative impact on my roof area, the work "opened up" the view of my property in the front, immediately near my house, as well as on my property lines adjacent to my two closest neighbors. A true testament to the quality of the work is the fact that the results for me were so impressive that two of my neighbors secured the services of Escobar Tree Experts today. Carlos and the crew did an equally impressive job for my neighbors. I truly appreciate the work and place it squarely in the category of a job well done.

Carlos, owner of Escobar Tree Experts, LLC came the same day I called, and gave me an estimate to remove the two remaining trees and clean up all debris, at a very reasonable price. The crew arrived on time on the appointed morning and quite skillfully removed the two large remaining dead trees. They did a GREAT job of cleaning up all the debris left over from the previous contractor, as well as debris from the two trees they removed that day. I was so pleased with the work, that I asked Carlos for a quote on trimming the remaining trees on my property, which was very reasonable. The white pine out front looks great "elevated" nice and high. All the maples and the sycamore have their cumbersome lower branches removed and Carlos even removed a pesky holly that had sprouted as high as the gutters in the last year, at no extra charge. I would recommend Escobar Tree Service, LLC very highly and would certainly hire them again. Very satisfied with the work!

They did an amazing job! Couldn't ask for better service. They came on time, were efficient, quick, courteous, professional, finished job earlier than quoted, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I took 4 quotes for job, 3 companies said would take 2 days to complete, Escobar completed in 6 hours. And they charged between $800 - $1000 less than they other 3 quotes. I verified their license and insurance with state and insurance provider. These guys are great!

Perfectly. Escobar Tree Removal responded immediately to my request for a estimate and very quickly provided the first and by far the best price. I delayed the removal by getting estimates from other companies (that was a waste of time), but when I called them they came out the next day and completed the job. I will most definitely call them again.

Escobar Tree Experts, LLC did and excellent job start to finish. They provided an estimate the same day we called for one. They scheduled the work when we notified them we accepted the estimate. The job was completed 3 days later. We are 100% satisfied with the entire experience.
