I took my car to Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda in December of 2018 for some minor overheating problems. They suggested $3,112 in repairs to replace Radiator, Thermostat, Camshafts, Gasket, etc. In addition, they also suggested I replace the Driveshaft because it was completely done and could "break off and potentially kill me" (for an additional $2,000). I declined replacing the Driveshaft. Approx. 1 week after I picked up the car and paid a total of $3,112.09, I experienced the same issue with overheating. This time I took the car to Nationwide Infiniti (where I bought the car brand new). After inspection, Nationwide informed me that the Radiator and Thermostat both needed replacing along with a listing of essentially all the other items that Jim Coleman had apparently "Replaced". I was fortunate that Nationwide Infiniti completed the service under warranty (no issues there). While the car was being serviced by Nationwide Infiniti I asked them for a second opinion about my Driveshaft. Turns out the Driveshaft is in good condition (NO Surprise). I called Jim Coleman and spoke with the service Technician on the RED TEAM (Devin) who I had worked with. To my amazement he was smug and seem very callous. His initial response to me was "What are you asking for from Jim Coleman". I said at a minimum I need the name of the Technician who worked on my car to find out if any service was performed at all. Devin responded that he’ll need to have someone higher than him call me. Days later, NO CALL. Absolutely scam artists with no regards for their customers. STAY AWAY……

I acquired a 2014 QX60 from this dealership and it has been the worst car purchase experience I've yet to have endured. Although the vehicle is exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream, the interaction I've had with the dealership after driving it off of the lot has been anything but enjoyable. I truly wish that I had purchased the vehicle from one of their competitors.
To begin with, I traded in my vehicle upon purchase and returned the following day to drop of my title. However, 1 1/2 weeks later the salesman who sold me the car sent me an e-mail asking for me to turn in the title so they could complete my registration on the new vehicle. After replying and explaining that I'd already turned in the document, he responded asking me to look for it again because they couldn't find the title. I then called his sales manager and the salesman sent a follow-up e-mail stating he would then check with the finance department.
Next issue was with getting Infiniti Connection set up. I was unaware that the system was not configured until I drove away from the lot after I purchased the vehicle. When I returned the following day, the staff told me that I'd have to wait until the salesman who sold me the vehicle returned back to the office so he could set up the program. When he returned to work the next day, he indicated that he couldn't contact Infiniti Connection. After trying unsuccessfully for another several days to get the salesman to get the system configured, I finally called Infiniti Connection myself. Amazingly, they not only were easy to contact, they walked me through the process to get my account established and the system working. However, the following day, the salesman called them (a week after I purchased the vehicle) and then changed all of the settings I had established.
I've purchased several other cars over the past 20 years. In comparison, I appreciated the no-haggle experience of this dealership. Still, the customer support that they provided after purchase will definitely compel me to find another dealership to get my vehicle serviced.

They give really good services. It's been a flawless service. It's very organized. They make a call after the service to make sure that you're satisfied. I can drop my car off there without an appointment for an oil change. It's efficiently run with a nice staff.

I'm pretty happy with the service there. I haven't taken my car outside to another shop. I have a great rapport with the staff and every time I have a major car problem or repair they are always there to give me a free learner. I just have to make sure I put gas in it and that's about it. The last visit I not only had an oil change done but they also told me I needed a new torsion bar. Basically torsion bar controls the stability of the vehicle and he was telling me that I needed to take care of that because it is a safety issue. He is always looking to make sure the car is ready to go and he will give you a call to let me know what's going on. I feel very lucky to have very great service rep. This particular service rep happened to get beyond commercial one day.
