Description of Work: *** DO NOT USE MY LAST NAME PLEASE *** |I had extensive damage to the front quarter of my MINI Cooper after being struck by a very large branch that left a bowling-ball sized whack over the right front wheel, destroyed the passenger-side mirror and grazed the passenger door. A hairline crack in the wind shield quickly expanded, requiring replacement of the wind shield as well. Autobody Dimensions provided a prompt and accurate estimate of the work required. They kept me posted every other day on the progress of the work and and explained delays. Their customer service is super -- a very courteous and professional staff. And the final results are excellent, the workmanship is terrific. I noticed an area where some kind of substance had not been cleaned away, and one of the employees took care of it on the spot (it was something that took some elbow grease). I highly recommend Autobody Dimensions.

Description of Work: I had some white marks on the bumper of my car that probably came from an incident in a parking lot when I was not in the car. Eric looked at it and said he could fix it because it was just on the surface. He did so at no charge which in my opinion is highly unusual. If Eric represents the attitude of management, I can highly recommend them to be reasonable about cost estimates and repairs.
