Fantastic.

We liked them. They're good. I've been there several times. Every time, they've done a bang up job. They've done just what we needed them to do. They're very timely. I've been very happy with them. I'd go back to them again. One reason that we picked them was because they have been selected by our insurance company, which is pretty picky. They don't let you go to just anybody. That's how we picked them in the first place and we keep going back there. They're very close to where we live. They're very convenient and do good work. I have no reason to use anybody else.

Work completed when promised and done well

After getting rear-ended on the highway, my insurance company paid for repairs at this location. The staff was very courteous, answered questions quickly, and arranged for access to public transit. The repairs were very good. They did a good job of matching my paint and making it look just as it did before the accident.

Autodimensions did a great job on my car. While it took a bit longer than originally expected, they were responsive throughout and, where any issues arose, informed me immediately and took steps to resolve them. Very professional shop.

The work was done seamlessly, I cannot even tell that there was ever any damage. They gave an estimate of one week to do the work and the car was ready in four days, so they delivered early. It was very simple to get an estimate. I just made an appointment, they were on time, they looked at the car, they explained everything in great detail and then they provided a written estimate. There was no pressure to take it up that moment, it was just a written estimate, and they said take it to other places, and let us know, we will schedule you if you want to do it, and that was good.

I brought a vehicle in for repair and they did an average at best job. The door was wavy after the repair and the fender had a few bolts missing to hold it on the vehicle.. They did not "blend" the paint around the repair and it sticks out very bad as a repair compared to the rest of the vehicle The paint they used did not match the rest of the paint in any way shape or form. They took two weeks and did an OK job. BE CAREFUL - they claimed the insurance company said...so they are not looking out for the customer. I went there since it was a USAA place even though I was going through another insurance company since I was hit. I am disappointed to say the least.

Service was very good. Intake was very professional and prompt, as was drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Of particular note was the fact that they stayed a few minutes past closing to accomodate me when I got caught in traffic on the way, and the fact that they even dropped off my rental car for me. (Also, the desk assistant was very chipper--a pleasure to talk to even about something so mundane as insurance issues and auto repair.) The work done was excellent--can't even tell anything was done to the bumper at all. It's clear they match paint with the factory color, including the "flexi" additive required for paint on the bumper. The only two knocks are: 1) They are very busy, so they couldn't get me in right away; and 2) despite my understanding that the car was to be washed/vaccuumed before pick up, it was not.

They are always professional. They completed the work and they charged a little bit lower than the estimated amount. We had a slight miscommunication about when it would be ready. They did keep me updated on things like how the work was going on. They also kept communicating with our insurance company and we did not have to do anything. The car turned out beautifully. They were responsive. They finished the work earlier as we had the miscommunication on the completion date.

Professional, friendly, they get the work done ahead of schedule, and it is always quality work.
