Autobody Dimensions-Bethesda

Autobody Dimensions were excellent, from the first contact to picking up my perfectly restored car. They were responsive, always ready with an update, they delivered the completed job when they said they would. The car looked brand new -- it was only a year old at the time of the hit-and-run. I highly recommend AD. They deliver real customer service and great professional results.

They did a really good job. The auto detailing was a big deal purchase. They were very responsive and I have recommended them. They offer a reasonable price. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Autobody Dimensions-Bethesda was terrible. I think they went out of business. They took eight hours to do the work that they promised to be done in two hours. They sucked up parts of my car so I had to go back and ask them to check through their vacuum cleaner to get pieces of carpet that were missing. It was really a bad experience and they actually broka a part of our car permanently. They broke the part where between the two front car seats is that console, they broke the door of it and I asked them to replace it. He said "I can use some really airplane strong glue to fix it". I was like forget it. They didn't manage their time well. I'm not sure if this is an example of their work overall but I would say that possibly they got themselves in too deep with the group-on, they oversold how much spaces they could do. It was like there's a line of cars to be taken care of and they obviously couldn't afford the time. I got there at seven in the morning, I had to call my husband to go pick-up the kids from school which is my duty but I didn't have my car yet. I don't nkow if that's always how they are or it was because of the group-on. The people are nice, they just couldn't handle what they were doing. I have not been back. When I complained they did respond and they got it out of the trash. They were responsive but it wasn't good enough. Their manners were good but it was not professional to break a piece of the car. The management people were really nice but I think the other guys were just so swamped that they were vacuuming cars without looking.

Our insurance company recommended them.

My experience with them has been quite good. I bought the car and a couple of times they didn't charge me anything.

They were excellent and provided a little extra effort in working with my insurance company while trying to match paints on my car. They did a very fine job. Their price sounded very fair and with the experience I had with some other work I think their price was competitive with some lower rates. The thing I did not understand was that I expected to get a loaner car when I left my car with them, but it turned out I just went out to get an estimate and did not get the work done until a couple of weeks later. I don't consider that highly responsive; it just means they have a lot of work to do. They take the time to do the job right.

They did a good job. They were pretty quick, the estimate was accurate, and they got the job done. It is about all you need from auto body guys. The work looks good, there is no difference.

I have nothing but positive things to say. They were very easy to work with, they gave me a great quote, and the work was done promptly, and they were good. I had gone and gotten 3 or 4 quotes, and they were reasonable. They did a good job, they communicated very well, and were clear about timeline, and associated cost, and I had all that before they did any work on the car. sometimes when you have car work done, it can be very intimidating, but I felt like they managed everything and reached expectations.

Everything about them was great. They were professional, they kept their promises, they brought our van back cleaner than when they got it, and it was pleasant working with them. The work was perfect, it was seamless.
