Description of Work: Replaced 2 bumpers, 1 door, 1 fender; repared 1fender and 1 door; adjusted alignment. Repair exceeded estimated time due to weather. They delivered car to home. Adjustment needed on front fender which they provided at no charge. Picked me up at work. Very curteous and customer service oriented. 2nd time using company. Would definitely use again. Works well with insurance.

Description of Work: I got a quote from my Acura dealer to replace my passenger side rearview mirror. Just over $1000.00. | |Ultimately paid AD about $300, good quality and they painted mirror and made sure that the heater in it worked.-

Description of Work: I never review businesses but they were amazing. Prompt, inexpensive and made an effort to find a used part when the new part cost was prohibitive. Even washed my car when they were done!

Description of Work: Friends, you gotta ask for my input a lot sooner -- before i forget the details! |My insurance company sent me to Autobody Dimensions after my parked car was banged up by a hit-and-run driver. They were fantastic in terms of keeping me posted on the work being done, easy to reach with questions, and the results were excellent. My Gary Cooper was as good as new.

Description of Work: This was my second time at AutoBody Dimensions off River Road in Bethesda, but the first time I paid out of pocket -- I didn't want my dumb parking lot rash incident ( I scraped the side of my car on a cinder block wall trying to squeeze into a space I should have avoided) to raise my insurance rates. This shop is a preferred provider for my insurance company, which is how I got to know them in the first place. Both times they've made my car look good as new and in the amount of time promised. They're very responsive. I can't vouch for the price, because I didn't shop around -- I assume my insurer uses them because they do good work at a fair price, but I didn't verify. I was happy enough with the quality of the work that I didn't want to make the time to make appointments with other body shops. The plus for me is that they're close to my home in DC and a short walk from an Enterprise car rental place, where I picked up my temporary car (Enterprise will pick you up, of course, but it's literally a block away). Bottom line: I would use these guys again, even if I had to pay my own money again. And the way I park, I probably will.

Description of Work: The first time they did work for me, the work was good. The second time i went there with the same vehicle, my 1987 Lincoln, they refused to examine the vehicle and told me that they did not do any body work on cars made before 2005 and that i should donate the car.

Description of Work: I have had body work done there twice. Both times it was coved by insurance so I don't remember the cost. Good work and on time.

Description of Work: Repaired Lexus after accident. When I went to pick up the car, This problem should have been recognized and resolved before I was told that the car was ready for pickup.

Description of Work: Insurance paid for the work both times. The first time the damage could be repaired, and they did a great job. The second time, they advised against repairing the car (despite the amount they would have earned), because the frame had been bent. We appreciated that honesty.

Description of Work: My lexus GPS antenna was broken and they fixed it. they took a little longer than anticipated to get the part, but in the end they were right on with fixing the antenna
