Description of Work: I had a small backing accident in October. I took my car in to correct a misaligned right rear panel which had popped out as a result of the accident. The repairman checked it over carefully, banged on it with his fist, pulled a bit and it popped back in to alignment. I have had no problem with it since. He refused payment for his time.

Description of Work: They repaired the driver's side front fender, front door and rear panel of my car. They are very helpful and cooperative. After I discovered a rattle in the door that wasn't there before they worked on it, they had the technician who had done the work ride with me to identify the problem. He will work on it, at no extra charge, as soon as the appropriate parts are available.

Description of Work: My car was hit while I was sitting in rush hour traffic, slight paint scratching, but the bumper cover and all the associated lights and electronics were destroyed. They were professional and accommodating including driving me home and then returning the rental car when mine was finished. They communicated what was going on, which was critical as it took longer to get the insurance company to okay additional repairs and to get the extra parts. The car came back looking like new; expertly repaired and cleaned as well.

Description of Work: I've used Autobody Dimensions several time for body work on my car and my kid's cars. Their prices are somewhat reasonable certainly less than the dealers. My insurance company sent me to them and I've used them for non-insurance work too. This is my go to place for car body work. |They are extremely busy and it can take a few days to get an appointment for an estimate and then there can be a wait till they can start working on your car. This isn't a place to go if you are in a hurry for repairs. |I've dealt with most of the people there an they are very responsive and professional. The only place I"ll take my cars.
