Description of Work: This place is very good. Very professional service, prompt, with courteous staff. Conveniently located in Bethesa, near Little Falls (Autobody Dimension's entrance is off River Road.) We have used them at least three times, and our our "go-to" for any damage to vehicles. They work through insurance, or privately if you prefer. What more can I say? I love them. |

Description of Work: My car was hit hard from rear and damage to rear fender and rear floor was lifted up. They had intended to cut out and replace rear floor but was able to pull it back in place. They repaired the rear bumper/fender and dent on side rear.

Description of Work: USAA said go there for front bumper repair from collision. Saw questionable reviews on Yelp but good reviews here. OK, I thought, I'll go to Dimensions. They did a good job repairing my front bumper but put a moderate ding in my back bumper. No point in arguing with them over it so I didn't mention it... If you go there for any work my advice: take highly detailed pictures all around your vehicle before turning over the keys.

Thank you for taking the time to review Autobody Dimensions on the services we provided to you. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality work that we performed on the front bumper. However, we do want to clarify some of the other points of service that we did for you and that we do for all of our customers. A part of our quality service that we pride ourselves on is that we perform a "Damage Assessment" before and after any work is done on a vehicle. This assessment takes place with our estimator when the vehicle is brought in for service. It is inspected thoroughly along with the vehicle owner for existing damage, the damage is then noted, pictures are taken of the vehicle, notes are made and this assessment is then signed off on by both estimator and customer. Once the work on the vehicle is completed, we then do another assessment in the same manner upon completion and have the customer sign off that they are satisfied with the quality of work and that the rest of the vehicle not serviced that day is in the same condition as it was when it was brought to our shop. USAA is very strict and we have specific criteria we must meet to satisfy their requirements. We do have an assessment on file for your vehicle as well as pictures before and after we serviced your vehicle. Both sets of pictures do clearly show the ding in the bumper we did not service. We do apologize if you felt there was any lack in communication or service during your visit and we are happy to work with you again in the future for any of your auto needs.
