Mike was excellent! I called because my mother-in-law was locked in the bathroom. The lock was not turning. I contacted his company through home advisor, he responded right away and came right out to my home. He quickly got the lock off the door, got my mother in law out, and changed the faulty mechanism. The cost was very reasonable!

I needed the locks to my apartment changed before a holiday, and he came within 25 minutes of my phone call. Because my locks were very old, he took the time to take care of them well, so I would not have to get them entirely replaced, just reset. He was very friendly and kind and really helped me out during a stressful situation. Would totally recommend.
