I had a very positive experience. They offered to schedule my technician to come out the same day. The technician came as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. I chose this company specificallyl because of the reviews over the years on Angies List. It was a wise choice! I would recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again. They were honest and told me upfront the service call was $98. I thought overall the price for my service was very fair.

The checkup went very well. Jeff the technician was on time and very professional. He gave me some suggestions to getting my upstairs level from being so hot in the summer. I'm happy to say there were no problems with my system and it was running well. Jeff informed me that my thermostat was outdated and had been recalled some time ago. Of course I had him replace it. I wasn't too happy about the price I paid for the thermostat after I researched it. But I went with it hence the cost for service below which also includes their service agreement.

A technician named Billy came, and I was very pleased. I thought he was very good. He seemed to be pretty thorough. He fixed it. It was working when he left, thank God! Their price was okay, it was a little higher than some places, because actually, usually every year I have BG&E come out and they have specials from time to time. They’re price is usually like $49 no more than $59, but when I called them, they were only taking people who had contracts with them so I couldn’t get in, so that’s when I called Angie’s List and saw the special. I thought the price for me was a little high for a summer check-up. He was pretty good, so I won’t complain. The quality was good. He was friendly. He was courteous. He did the job. He arrived on time as far as I can remember. I can’t think of anything that was negative, in fact, I think I recommended them to someone else, my neighbor. I would use them again, if the price isn’t too high. If they don’t go up too much, if he’s reasonable definitely. He took about 40 or 45 minutes.

I need to get my two AC units serviced (units that Sila installed with the mini ducts, which I highly recommend!). They were great on scheduling, service and price. They were flexible on when the service person showed, he showed on time, did the work efficiently, was informative and helpful. All-around excellent!

Provider was right on time. He was very professional. He performed the work well and did not try to sell me any thing else. My water heater was installed by Michael and Sons in 2011. He pointed out the water heater that they installed was not a 2011 model but actually a 2006 model. As a result, it would probably not be covered under warranty by any other company than the one that installed it. I had not noticed this. Also, he pointed out that the water heater does not need to be flushed every year, contrary to what Michael and Sons told me, but that every 2 to 3 years is fine. I appreciated his honesty.

In addition to doing what he had to, as he went along, he also explained and showed the little things I could do as the home owner to help keep things in working order.
