He was exactly on time, very personable, and got right to work. He igot right to the cleaning and was very customer oriented.

Stephan usually shows up early. He is always willing to add extra things I need for him to do. He brought in a notebook to show me his Angie's List comments. I showed him the one that I wrote in. He's a wonderful person to do business with.

Stefan showed up early and showed me his large book with excellent references in it. He did a great job. Our carpets look great and they dried by the next morning. Would definitely hire him again.

I HAVE HIRED ULTIMATE CARPET CLEANERS TWICE TO HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED. THEY ARE A SMALL COMPANY, BUT GIVE THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAY HAVE. ONE SPOT ON THE CARPET WAS NOT OUT COMPLETELY, AND THE OWNER, STEPHAN, NOT ONLY TOLD ME ABOUT IT, BUT TOLD ME WHAT TO DO THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE CLEANING AND LEFT A WHITE TOWEL TO DO IT. THAT IS REAL SERVICE!
