we had a Bosch boiler hot water combo system installed in the spring of last year for $9500. We used the heating system on some cool days and nights, so it seemed to do the job of heating our home. This year is the first time we have used it for the entire winter. If the temperatures are mild the system works okay. If the temperature drops below 30 degrees it will not heat our home. We were able to keep the house warm thanks to our pellet stove. In Hine sight, We wish we would have stayed with the conventional boiler system for about half of what we paid for this inadequate system. buyers know what you are getting into before you buy.

Really fast and professional service when our HVAC broke in the peak of summer. Had it up and running in almost no time. My advice to first time homeowners like me in these cases is to always make sure you know what repairs and actions are being done. It'll help in regards to money.

They did not have the plenum for the A/C on hand and had to order it. The A/C did work but at reduce efficiency until the plenum came in. Other wise would have been five stars.

They did a wonderful job for me when I needed the coil on my AC unit replaced. On time, Neat and tidy. Good work.

Pure Air HVAC provided courteous, high-quality service for a central A/C repair. They arrived at my home within a couple of hours of contact and resolved the issue without a glitch. My house is nice and cool now. I highly recommend them to all.

He was very open in explaining the condition of our system and provided us with a few options to consider. My only concern was that his pricing seemed a little higher than other providers (although the inspection cost was very reasonable).

Very timely, courteous and professional. Price was thousands less than the other (and very large) firm with whom I consulted. Also, was not told (as others had) that I would save a thousand if I got the inside unit replaced at the same time. He said if he came back later to replace the inside unit, it would be about a hundred dollars more than if he did it all at the same time. It's actually been 2 years and both the new outside unit and the ancient inside unit are doing fine.

We contacted Pure Air for emergency furnace/boiler repair in our home and we ended up having to replace the unit. They recommended a combination hot water heater/boiler unit and we decided that was the way to go. The work was done very well, and all of the folks from the company were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation took a little longer than expected, so they even came back on a Saturday to finish the job. I had a couple of questions after and sent an email and they responded right away even though it was a Sunday. We're so pleased with the new system and the work that the Pure Air team did, that we will use them for all of our HVAC needs and will happily recommend them to others.

They were willing to come back and correct the problem the second time without any charge to me.
