Basement Waterproofing Nationwide did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. In the month since they completed work we have had lots of rain, and the basement is totally dry. It also looks a lot neater, they were very pleasant to work with, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall they did a very good job. There was a error that had to be corrected during their workday, and they had to come out a second time to fix a area that had been completed incorrectly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the level of their customer service. We recommend them to others.

They were prompt, gave a clear estimate, answered all our questions thoughtfully, The team led by William was thoroughly competent, polite, dealt well with unforeseen circumstances, and did an excellent job. Our basement has wood floors and pine wainscotting, so this was a complex job. They were completely responsive to us. And after a year, we have had no water seepage and our basement no longer smells dank. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent work, great price!

BWN appeared to do an excellent job installing a sump pump system in our garage. My only complaint is that the external discharge system they "installed" consisted of at least 15 feet of large, unwieldy ADS piping that looked horrible and presented a tripping hazard (even contractors doing other work on the house commented negatively on it). When I asked BWN if they could make it less aesthetically and functionally displeasing, I was told that they don't bury their piping lest blockage occur. Having spoken with many other waterproofing and landscaping experts, I found this claim to be dubious at best.

Of all the waterproofers I interviewed/got quotes from, this is the ONLY company who even pretended to listen to my concerns. Mike was respectful and responsive to my concerns and didn't just answer my questions but made sure I understood the answers. I docked them one star on value because of the inflexibility in their warranty (my work is unwarranted because, owning a duplex, I didn't get all 4 walls done ... because 1 of them is shared with another basement). That is, in all seriousness, my only complaint. Hope I never have to waterproof again, but if I do I know who to call.
