Their prices were good and their workmanship was good. I didn't have any problems with them at all. I even referred them to a coworker.

The work went very well. I am happy with the windows as well as the installation. They were courteous, they did a good job, and I was very happy with the company.

They provided great customer service. Their prices were very good. The work and quality of windows were very good. They did what we asked for as well. We wanted something different on the outside of the windows and they were very accommodating. They cleaned up well after themselves when they were finished. About nine months after they did the work there was a part of the window that was broken. They came back out and fixed it for us and honored their warranty.

I was happy with the installation of most of the windows, however there was one replacement window that ended up being one inch too big. They had to come out four times to try and figure out how to fix it. The guy who came out and did all the measuring didn't measure that window correctly. It annoyed me as to why the first guy who originally installed it, didn't bring it to everyone's attention to it right away.

Took six weeks to do measurements not one week as promised. Eleven and a half weeks to install, not six to eight as promised. Went to wrong rental property first, greatly inconveniencing tenant who had arranged to take the morning off. Had trouble charging the balance even though told I could when the job was completed. I thought we had checked out the company well but would not use them again.

The work was performed 2 years ago, however since that time I've had to call them back twice to replace the weather stripping on my door and I have yet to receive a screen they owe me. In fact if I didn't call them about the missing screen they would have never let me know that the screen for my bathroom window had not been ordered.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had. The workers were messy and didn't clean up the debris from the job, resulting in a violation notice from the city. The windows were ordered multiple times because the company couldn't get the measurements right. Windows were put in crooked and workers argued about correcting them. Company representatives didn't return phone calls nor show up when promised. Once windows were installed, hardware began rusting right away, resulting in a letter to company to fix, which they also argued about. Completely unprofessional, could care less attitude about the customer or quality of the work. Overall, this job took 8 months to complete, not counting the fact they need to come back once again and replace rusted hardware.

Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything after the serviceman came by. Many phone calls later, they finally returned my call with ''the window is not covered under warranty in a rental, and it'll be $500.'' Very poor communication resulting in an extremely frustrated customer. If they had been upfront and honest in the beginning, they would be getting a good review. Although, our experience with these windows is that they are not of good quality at all, this particular window fell apart beyond repair.

The rep (Sean) called before the appointment to try to change the time. When I called him back, he said resentfully that it was too late for him to come earlier so he would keep the already scheduled time. When he came and looked at the windows, he said that I already had replacement windows and that only 3 windows needed replacing. He said that they don't do storm doors, although the ad is for doors as well as windows. He told me that he had ''wasted'' his time and that he can't stand it when people waste his time. He then told me I was ''very rude'' to have wasted his time. I would never want to work with him on an estimate again.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY TIMELY. IN FACT, THEY FINISHED THE JOB TWO WEEKS EARLIER THAN WHEN THE OTHER COMPANIES COULD COME TO START THE JOB. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WELL WORTH IT.

LOVED MY SALESPERSON AND THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS PERSON AT THE COMPANY. ALWAYS GOT BACK TO ME RIGHT AWAY AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH WEATHERMASTER HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. NO OTHER COMPANY COULD EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE PRICE OF THE WINDOW INSTALLED. THE QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP OF THE WINDOW IS OUTSTANDING. THE CREW WAS VERY CLEAN. THE OLD WINDOW AND MESS WAS PROMPTLY CLEANED UP AND HAULED AWAY. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EVEN HELPED WITH A PROBLEM WITH ANOTHER WINDOW WHILE THEY WERE THERE. GREAT COMPANY.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, DID THEIR WORK ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID EXCELLENT JOB I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE.
