RPC acted promptly to my service request and came out the same day! The two service technicians that came out were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the yellow jacket bees that made a home in my flower bed. Also, out of all the companies that gave me quotes, they provided the best price and guarantee. They also did not try to sell me other services that I didn't need. It has been about 5 days and I have not seen a single bee!

"We performed our ant treatment on your house in April and May 2011. It is now August 2011. Our job is not complete until the ants are gone. We did not hear back from you so we believed the ant problem had been resolved. We will now schedule another service call to handle the issue."

Initial phone call to RPC scheduler = staff was very friendlly, helpful and informative! Appointment time with estimator = Met my needs by being prompt and on time, very professional and concerned with my families' needs, Staff was also very knowledgeable. Service Staff-Called several hours before appointment time to ask if they could serve us earlier-great! They were professional and friendly, wasted no time getting started, answered all my questions, allowed my family to give them a walk through in order to point out specific problem areas. When my family returned, house was in great order- no odors were apparent from the chemicals.

Mr. Pugh called within minutes of my submission, and came late that am to give me an estimate. Two other companies also called the same day & I also had one of those do an estimate the same day. The estimate fr RPC was much more reasonable, and Mr. Pugh was great to work with. He had his crew here at 4pm the same day, and the 2 men that came were done in approx an hour. Both were very polite & professional... and so far no more ants!

Significantly cheaper than anyone else was quoting us. Came in at our schedule (actually showed up in the early morning before we left for work). Explained what they were doing, what precautions we should take, very friendly. Plan on hiring if we need them again.

OUTSTANDING service! I was contacted immediately after I made an online inquiry. Was able to get an appointment the next day! Mr. Pugh came to my home, did an evaluation, put my mind at ease and his techs came the following day and no more six-legged visitors... of ANY kind! Mr. Pugh was very gracious with my being highly ill at ease with the American cockroaches I saw in my home. I don't know which I appreciate more... his kindness and professionalism or the fact that there have been no more unwanted intruders! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
