Their estimator came promptly after I called. He was thoughtful and professional. The fence was installed professionally ahead of schedule. Their crew was polite, took care to minimize the impact on our plantings, and delivered an excellent product.

Response to my request for an estimate was prompt; Mr. Tuer was polite, professional and efficient, answering my questions clearly, and offering some helpful suggestions. Work was scheduled easily and done on scheduled date. One of the gates was not done as specified; this was corrected the day after I called. The fence is sturdy, well-placed and looks good. It's just what we wanted.

Pyle's was a very, very good service. They were professional and prompt and extremely friendly. I got an excellent price and the work is also guaranteed for a year which I like.

Everything went smoothly from the estimate to the completion of the work. There were 3 workmen and one foreman who came to start the work, and came back to check in the middle of it and confirmed some details with me. They did a lot of customizing fit for the split rails so there was plenty of room in each post opening for both rails. This prevents future bowing of the rails, I presume. The workers spoke Spanish and the lead worker also spoke fluent English. The new fence looks beautiful. We are very pleased.

I called them three times over a two week period, they took my number and never returned the calls. I hired someone else.

From Tim who took the measurements and gave the estimate to the crew who did the work, all were extremely nice and very professional. Granted the crew didn't speak a lot of English, I was still able to communicate my concerns and wishes. It obviously worked. They did a beautiful job and left a very clean yard. I highly recommend Pyle Fence.

Mr. Pyle's son runs the company, but Sr. Pyle himself came to my house on a Sunday to give me an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He even walked up the hill to measure, which was no easy feat (45-degree angled hill). They started within 2 weeks, completed the job within 2 days. They also cleaned up very well, and now, the whole family loves our new backyard! P.S. They even honored my $100 off coupon, even though I forgot to present it at the time of the estimate.

It went very well. The crew took 2 1/2 days to install the fence, a little longer than they had anticipated, but the result was very impressive. Our hound dog, Ramses, is especially satisfied.

See above. It went very badly. I wrote two letters and faxed them to the owners of the company stating my experience and saying they were going to lose business with this kind of attitude on the part of a representative, especially since I had told several people about using Pyle in the past. In my letter I stated I would remove their sign on my existing fences, as I no longer wished to advertise their fencing since I was treated so badly on the phone by their representative.

Although there was a little mix up on the start date, this company did a fantastic job. Three guys showed up and did the entire job in one day, and they were extremely professional and hardworking. The fence looks fantastic, and we're very happy with the results. We also got quotes from two other well known companies, and Pyle was $600-$1500 cheaper. We're very happy with them.

One of the best fence installations I have seen. The crew was extremely meticulous and neat. They made certain that we were completely satisfied. The no-pressure salesman was extremely helpful as well.

They arrived early and finished the job in one day. We are very happy with our new fence. We receive compliments on how nice our yard looks. Our yard was tricky, due to the odd shape and presented even more of a challenge. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fence company.
