All goals were accomplished correctly and with an eye to make the project enhance the outside appearance of my house. All the workers were always available to answer any of my concerns in a most courteous manner. The owner was always available to check the progress of the project and the quality of the workmanship. I appreciated Mr. Elgamil's willingness to go over all my concerns no matter how trivial they might have seemed. I am a truly happy customer.

Andrew did great job scoping and explaining the project, and managing the project through completion and follow-up; he promptly and fully addressed minor adjustments. Israel beat best competitive price and also visited the site during project performance; he was a pleasure. Emily did great job in scheduling and coordinating communications; also, a pleasure. Crew was excellent and professional; they were prompt, focused, efficient and meticulous. All in all, a great experience. Moreover, the roof looks fantastic!

The project went off very smoothly, Park Heights Roofing arrived on time and the crew worked diligently and professionally until the roof was complete that afternoon. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great and all flashing was installed in a manner that will last for years - an all around great job.

I spent a fair amount of time on the roof with the workers who were highly skilled and payed close attention to detail. Work was done quickly and precisely. One year later and the roof has been excellent. No buckling or issues whatsoever. Work site was left clean. They just finished a complimentary check of the roof after one year which was predictably all good. Phone calls have always been responded to promptly and courteously. Definately a company I would use again and recommend to others.

The company replaced the complete siding on our house. They were very quick, efficient, and did excellent work.. It only took 2 weeks from the initial decision to call them to having completed all the work. They came back later to make sure that everything had been done and did some extra work that had not been in the original contract.

In August 2007 they replaced our roof and ensured that all leaks had been completely fixed. They made sure that the flashing around the chimney was correctly sealed.

In 2013 they fixed the gutters and eaves and replaced them completely.

I would recommend Park Heights Roofing without any hesitation and would call them again for any future work. I would also suggest that my children use them.

Great. Park Heights Roofing is a pleasure to work with. They were extremely courteous, prompt and professional. Because of an extremely rainy spring, Park Heights had to be very flexible in scheduling. But they managed to do the work as quickly as possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

install was fast.they even repaired a torn window screen, damaged from the old roof removal at no charge.there was one roof tile that needed tacking after the install.response was quick. the project mgr's were polite and professional.

the original work was done more than 5 years ago, but when a problem developed they came back to my house promptly and took care of the problem with no questions asked - an outstanding performance!
