Brandon was Top Notch. Went above and beyond. Answered any questions that we had. He did not just come in and sell us something that we did not need. He evaluated the situation and gave us what we needed. He took down the old door, and replaced it with all new Hardware and told us we did not need a new motor. Simply put. Brandon is an expert in his work. And he is a man of his words. He did an excellent job and did everything what he said. He does not oversell the products and he recommends what you really need. He tries to save you money if he can. If you donâ t need a new door, he would tell you that. He gave me the options from the lowest budget option to the highest. He did not force me to choose the most expensive one. He gave me time to think about it and I made my own decision.

Professional. Quick and communicative

Brandon was GREAT to work with. Knew the ins and outs of Garage doors and instillion. I am so GLAD I call him. He was the best price for the same door. All the other companies told me what the were not going to do( additional retrofit the system with additional blocking,etc. Brandon said No Problem! He added all the things need to retrofit the new door to a over 40 year garage door. He made sure all facets of the doors operation new and old together and made adjustments as necessary. Responded quickly within a day and was able to get the door in one day-others thought at least a week to 10 days for delivery of door. He went and picked it up and installed it in a few hours. Left nothing after he cleaned up, took the old door and any trash or left over materials with him. If you need anything done from troubleshooting, to a whole new door and/or closer. Stayed to complete the installation (didn't come up short with time or materials and did not need to leave to get anything). The other bigger companies do not have the people skills that Brandon exhibited.
