Very good, Jeff was profesional during estimate (and being a verteran was a bonus). Robert and the crew were a plaeasure to work with even when the job turned out to be harder than originally estimated (water main was 10' down ond on angle- hard to get to). Kept all promises- would use again.

OWNER'S BEWARE!!! My experience was horrible, the owner of the company is inpersonable and unfair. He told me one thing when I interview him for pricing and then charge me something else after coming to service my unit, which did not need any service. They did absolutely nothing, except look at my unit to tell me how it runs and how to use it properly. The guy was there less then 10 minutes and I was charged $135.00, for absolutely nothing. The $135.00 was suppose to included the plumber draining the water from system. But, it wasn't necessary and they still charged me the same price.

Robert is a very nice guy. Their work was effient and waited no time for problems after installation.

A difficult job involving the removal of a 1940's cast iron oil-fired boiler, the installation of a new gas-fired boiler and a z-flex chimney liner, and the re-routing of a radiator pipe had me anxious about a one-day completion. Wasted worry! When the removal took longer than expected, Robert called 2 more of his men... With 4 trucks and 6 highly skilled, professional and quite capable workers who seemed to love their work, the entire job was neatly wrapped up 5:30. Robert did a lot of research during the bidding process; I was impressed with his candor and willingness to explore alternative options. A bonus: he had the best bid!

Robert was very porfessional and timely, he arrived at my property and accessed the situation and found the no services were needed at this time, I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I will definately utilize his services again in the future. Thanks Robert your the best!

We had a water main break and used Service Magic to locate a plumber for us. Robert's Plumbing contacted the same day. Robert was prompt, courtious, and knowledgeable. We had issues with Baltimore City Public Works and Robert was able to handle the situation for us. I would recommend using this company very highly.

Robert and his helpers were very friendly and professional.The work was done in a timely manor and there were no surprises. Preparation inside was made to keep the work area clean when going in and out of the house and they cleaned up the construction debris when finished.The outside area was put back to near existing condition and was graded to allow for proper settlement as Robert discussed before signing the contract.I highly recommend Robert's Plumbing and Heating and will call him again if needed in the future.

Excellent service at an unbeatable price! Previous estimate could not complete sump/gutter drain installation for 3-5 Weeks for a substantially higher price. Robert finished the next day and added extra features at no additional charge. Highly recommend!!

Was offered 4 fine professionals and went with Robert's. They were prompt, reasonable in terms of pricing, and fast, which was greatly appreciated. Rob (the owner) was also great in explaining the process of the work needed and was happy to answer any question. He also helped me after the fact with an insurance claim.
