the clog came back right after the technician left . Apparently, the snake he used didn't go far enough., but he came back to finish the job when I called customer service at around 8 pm. They were very responsive to your calls and very professional. That was very important to me. I would use them again, solely for this reason.

I just needed a garbage disposal install. To me the price was extremely high for 30 - 40 minutes of work. As far as work quality goes I won't know right away until I used the garbage disposal.

Lots of challenges with my main sewer line replacement project but they were not the fault of Mr. Rooter. It was a 14-foot dig! They did a good job and the owner of the company was at the site daily until the project was completed.
