Our tech really did great work and was committed to helping us get a good deal from this company.

Cut our Fios line and when they came back to fix yard, did a half a$$ job and put a bunch of dead grass back over hole.

They showed up early (that never happens) on the same day that I called them. Very courteous and accommodating. Repair was done in within 1.5 hours - which included time to get the parts I needed from the store. Highly recommend!

The service technician Jomar and Kevin did an awesome job. They installed an ABS sump pump pit with stone and ran drain lines for future bathroom. High quality work, courteous and professional. They show pride and stands by work performed. Make sure to request for Jomar!!! I will defiantly recommend their service.

The service tech Michael was great. He explained what the problem was and exactly what was needed to make the repair. Also liked that he gave me options, Did not feel pressured to make the repairs, Will use this company again.

They rescheduled my appointment to an earlier time slot because there was a cancellation. Carlos Nieves called prior to arrival and showed up on time. Assessed my problem and gave me a quote. Quote a bit high but service was worth every penny. He found my problem but was not the person who could fix it. Structural problem with pipeing of shower and shower pan needs to be redone. Carlos spent over 2 hours at my house trying to ID problem. He was polite, knowledgable, kept me informed and cleaned up after he was finished. I was still charged the original quote despite the length if time he was here. Would recommend this company and this technician to everyone.

I was initially quoted $1000 for four hours of work for 3 projects: toilet repair, outside faucet repair, and drain pipe repair. Once the technician came in and disconnected the toilet I was given a higher price to complete the work and was told I was quoted incorrectly the first time. The same thing happened after he removed the outside faucet. I now have to do some of the work myself or the bill would have come to $2000. The technician took only 1 1/2 hours of the 4 hour to get the work done.

The job was done. It was average, nothing outstanding, but the issue was resolved.
