It took three visits to resolve drain problem, Instead of trying the snake with the camera, they snaked the wrong drain and had to return, then they did not have the right tool to ooen a sewer drain in the bathroom so they sent another plumber which cist me an Additional 234 dollars over the first bill of 700 dollars plus

My professional was thorough and was able to get the work done quickly. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated but worth the money as there were things I was unaware of prior to the work starting.

Lightening fast response, sent a man out that afternoon, got the best quote, work was finished in an hour or two. Can't beat that.

First plumber arrived on Friday, 10/6, needed parts and scheduled return on Thursday, 10/12 at 11 am. Never callled to say late, called company and they sent a different plumber. He diagnosed a different problem - still no work. Second plumber rescheduled for Friday at 1 pm - never showed, Again called company and they scheduled a third plumber for 4-6 pm on Friday. At this point, I just told them to 'forget it'. Tired of different plumbers deciding on different solutions to the same simple problem!

I had a plumbing job done that took two days. I purchased the wrong equipment and they were willing to come back the next day to complete the job. Each of the contractors were extremely knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to complete the job correctly. I’m very happy with Mr Rooter.

I found them rather expensive. Joe mentioned an online coupon for a 50.00 discount, so I would recommend asking about discounts before the work is done. The overall installation not including the trip to get the part was less than 10 minutes!!! Satisfied with the work but still have the feeling I paid too much.

The service tech who did the work was very conscientious and detail oriented. Unfortunately, his boss (who has no plumbing experience) was more concerned with how much time was spent on the job rather than the quality of the work. Fortunately for us, the service tech took the time to do the job thoroughly and correctly.
