Plumber was scheduled and arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon. Quickly found the leak issue with the main kitchen drain pipe. Stated problem in easy to understand way, and that he would return the next day with the materials to complete the repair. We added a new disposal to the work, and he suggested that we buy the disposal to save money. Arrived on time next day to perform the work, and he resolved the water leak from the drain. Feel very confident in his skills and was very friendly and provided great customer service. Would recommend this company again.

Technicians were very organized in both the preparation for and execution of the work itself. Technicians explained every aspect of the work that needed to be done and were very efficient with the time required to complete the work.

Their actual work was great, they did find the clog roughly 20' down and he cleared it. The problem with the service is the tech left my front door open and 2 of my dogs got out and I spent a lot of time and energy finding my animals. Another issue is the guy's iPad wouldn't work so he couldn't take payment and now he's harassing me for payment, after he said I could contact the home office at my convenience to make payment.

the most courteous and wonderful professionals I've ever seen. They don't come in to charge you the highest price their fees are right on the money for what needs to be done and I really love this company.

Joe, the plumber arrived within the time frame I was given. I showed him the sink & said the water backed up in the dishwasher as well. He looked at the sink & the dishwasher and gave an estimate of $313, reassessed the amount when he discovered the clean out was in the crawl space to $413 and started the project with a picture of my kitchen sink. He said they'd like to take before and after pictures. He got his snake out from his truck and began with the kitchen sink. He proceeded to empty it in my backyard since his choice of my front yard wasn't acceptable for me. He started to go to his truck until I pointed out his shoe tracks in my kitchen & my hardwood floors leading to the front door. He continued to snake downstairs without any luck. He couldn't tell where his snake was going!!! When the drain still wouldn't empty, he said he needed to replace the galvanized pipe with PVC. This raised the estimate to $813. While he was in his truck, my neighbor & I agreed that estimate was high. Upon his return, I said I wanted to get another estimate. His reply I would have to pay $313 for basically doing NOTHING. I chose to give the 1/3 deposit. He would return 2 days later to complete the job!!! He did return on Friday late for the appointment but unclogged the drain, replaced the pipe & again made a mess in the kitchen. I'm scared to look in the crawl space. He never removed the dirty water from the dishwasher, as he said he would!!! I will NEVER use Mr. Rooter again. The whole experience was very unprofessional.

Tech was on time and had no problem dealing with some unexpected situations during the installation process. Company kept us informed until the techs arrival.

Plumber arrived right on time. The problem was sort of an emergency, so we were glad they could come the same day we called. If we had time, we would have checked prices from one or two others. This provider was pretty expensive, but the quality was good.

Took much, much longer than I was told, and only one technician was sent for the job (he had help for the heavy stuff.) The work was great.
