Mr. Rooter is one of the top franchise plumbing companies nationwide and it’s because they do great work. My water heater failed. They diagnosed the problem and replaced it within 24hours - not too shabby right? Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is up front and honest - give them a try!

Other than some confusion with the schedule, the work was great and I would definitely use them again. They actually were able to come early which worked out well.

Excellent experience. Was able to schedule same day service without begging or an additional charge. Technician immediately identified the problems and fixed everything, and even fixed some other minor things for free. Price seemed average for a plumber.

He showed up early and worked quickly. Took the time to listen to what the issues were and when he was finished, he ran several tests to make sure the drains were clear.

They are very responsive and can fix most things on the spot. They are quite expensive though so would reserve for critical items that absolutely needs a certified plumber. I would use them again. Good work.

Tech was prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. I needed him to remove a leaking kitchen faucet and install a new faucet, which I'd just purchased. He had no problem installing the new faucet. However, he struggled to remove the old one ("frozen" mounting nut) and had to saw through one of the faucet pipes. ln doing so, he scratched the sink (fairly deeply) in a couple places. He apologized and reduced the bill, but I am unhappy about the damage to my otherwise unblemished sink.

They were available on Christmas day which was great. However the technician was not communicative and rude

Prompt and friendly service to install a bidet accessory. The technician did a good job with the installation. I thought it was a little expensive, but plumbing always is!

I originally scheduled for a Tuesday and was contacted to ask if I wanted repairs done earlier. Tech showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything before eork started. Repair was made in less than an hour.
