Technician Nate Hurley was very efficient and took the time to tell me what he was going to do with my project. Cleaned up after himself before leaving.

On Sunday night my renter's called me to report there was water in the basement. We have 2 sump pumps there, so I couldn't understand how that had happened. I posted the job on HomeAdvisor, and within 30 minutes Franz had called me to schedule a visit for the morning. The technician, Nate Hurley, went to the house and noted that the switch to control the pumps had been turned off. He sent me a report on the status of the pumps, and charged a nominal fee for the visit. I live a distance from the property, so I was greatly appreciative of the honesty of their reporting. It was also easy for me to pay via credit card with their friendly and efficient office. I would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding service !!

My sump pump failed and I needed to have it replaced. I submitted my project through HomeAdvisor, and Mr. Rooter called me immediately after. They were able to send out a technician within 30 minutes, and the sump pump was replaced in less than 30 minutes. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the work done on this project.

The serviceman arrived on time, he was courteous and did a great job.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was just okay. The work they did was very good and the finished installing a new drainage and 25ft of pipe the same day, but it's the other things that happened that made me feel like I couldn't give 5 stars. For example, the first technician came out and gave me a quote of $2200 and start date on Wednesday. Tuesday morning I get a call that the plumbers are on route and will be at me house in 30-40 mins. Then this group of plumbers tell me the first guy made a mistake in his estimate and that the job would cost me $2650 to which I said okay. Then the lead plumber told me his guys would clean up the broken up concrete after the left and they didn't.

I had two different guys come out on two different days. Both Robert and Johnathan were polite, didn't try to push unnecessary work or products and I would gladly have either come out again for any problems. The office was also very good and quick to return my phone calls.

The response time from the owner to cantact me after my Homeadvisor request was great. The team that came to snake my drain was top notch. My only issue was that they tried to charge me for the video inspection before it was done. I told the owner I wasn’t going to pay for it, after some reasoning he saw it my way and I paid for the snake service only. The gentleman that video inspected my pipe was pushy about scheduling a dig. I did NOT like that. He told me my drain was completely backed up like it was never snaked by the crew that came in the morning. It was NOT. He said my drain pipe was probably collapsed. IT WAS NOT. I called and complained to the owner, Franz. He sent the snake crew back out and they spent at least two hours cleaning my drain free of charge and the video inspector came back out and inspected the line again, free of charge. While I was a bit annoyed, the owner made it right. I got my money’s worth. I do however suggest that you question EVERYTHING. Otherwise you may get scheduled for work you do not need.

They were fast, affordable, and extremely professional. Not only did they answer all my questions, but they also were concerned about my safety as well. As part of the process, they sent me an e-mail containing a picture of the plumber who would be coming so that I'd know who to expect. Amazing!

Their scheduling for the Baltimore office is handled by a 3rd party and doesn't seem to align with the workers actual availability. Had to reschedule directly with the worker. Also pricing was higher than average but service was just average. Personnel are pleasant and capable.

My tech was great and was very aware to clean up behind himself. He was great!
