He was very good and very understanding. He was also helpful to explain what was happening.

Was very pleased performed by the technician and am having additional work done in the coming week. The communications with the office was adequate and keep me up-to-date regarding the ongoing delay. Although the original technician was not available which caused some some delays in the completion of the work. The work was completed with outstanding results.

The technician was very professional and explained the options and charges before started diagnosing the problem with our water heater. He was able to turn on the pilot light after a few tries. He offered to stay a few minutes longer to make sure the pilot light remains lit. We were very pleased with the outcome after two days without hot water during Christmas holiday, and Mr. Plumber was the only company that sent someone immediately to fix the problem the day after Christmas.

They came out quickly to dig a ditch and replace a storm drain pipe that didn't meet code. Back office was very helpful (would rate them 5 Stars.) did not grade the ditch that they backfilled and planted seed. I will have to dig up and regrade myself. I would have expected a $200 discount for that sloppy part of the job. The rest of the work seems to be very good

We had contacted BGE Home - they were not going to be able to get to us for two days. We contacted HomeAdvisor and had a new hot water heater installed within three hours. I will not hesitate to use this service again. Mr. Rooter worked miracles.

Had called to report an issue with a pesky toilet fill valve that was leaking. I couldnt get it out and replace myself as I didnt have the tools. Called Home Advisor and they recommended these guys. They showed up as expected. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue right away. He even showed me what was being done as he did it and told me to call if I have any further issues. Issue resolved at a modest price considering it was on Saturday.

They are over price 2 seconds to do a job and cost me $320 all he did was cut s pipe and capped it off will never use them again for sure

Very good experience

It was a bad service. I got quoted to run a drain from the washing machine to my kitchen drain line and it was not done. My kitchen floor is rugged up and problem not fixed.

Price was WAY too high for what they did. Would not recommend to a friend because of this reason
