I came home on a Sunday from vacation to discover my basement flooded from a leaky hot water heater. I submitted a request to Servicemagic.com and with a minute of me hitting the "submit" button, I got two emails form Robert's Plumbing. I was able to schedule an "emergency visit" and the professionals were at my house within an hour and the installation took less than an hour. From the time I was contacted by Robert's Plumbing to the time my new hot water heater was installed, it was less than 3 hours. Wow what great service!

Very thorough testing prior to the discovery of a toy in the toilet. Tried several techniques to remove toy but was unsuccessful. Had to replace toilet.
