It was a nightmare.
Update: I'm in the middle of their "claims" process. They lowballed their offer on their already lowball "insurance policy." They have expressed zero regret or apology. They will not refund the $40 extra that they charged to pack my plasma tv I a little bubble wrap- ineffective, because it broke. They "denied" my carpet cleaning claim because I didn't attach an estimate for cleaning- they didn't tell me to attach an estimate.
Easily $10k in damage and loss- they offered me $240.
These people are completely unethical and take no pride in their work.
