They had to excavate and put in new piping and everything. They were very efficient. They put a scope down into the pipe area to see what the reason for the blockage was. We were watching when they were doing it. Even the county had to come in, from the end of our property to their large drainpipe and clean out. So, basically, we had a broken pipe and that was all replaced. It's running fine now. They did a really nice job. The young man that came in first was really thorough. He was very neat about it because he had to take our toilet off. They had to use a device to go down through the pipe with it. He had to really push it through. He had plastic that he put up on the walls and everything because when they pulled it back up there would be splattering and there was. But, we didn't have any problems as far as on the walls or anything. He was very clean and thorough with that too. So they did a good job. They found the problem and fixed it. They were very careful digging it up to get to the pipe. We only lost one bush. We have a weeping cherry tree that they had to go right beside. Actually some of the roots were under it and they were very very careful with that. So I was real pleased with what they did.

We used them in the past for a drainage issue from our sink in the kitchen. That was many years ago. Everything was efficiently done. They were very pleasant and they handled the job. They don't have to contract out, they use all their own people. They're just helpful.

They did well and they were over priced. They were high on their price for what they did. It took them a day or two to call me back, but they did. They were right on time and professional. They came out and gave me a price for their work. He gave me a price to do the plumbing work from the drain to the house. He gave me another price to do the drain and replace the garbage disposal. After he came back, I told him to do the plumbing work. He tidied up after himself, and he was done in about an hour and a half. He had everything on the truck. I probably would not because, he was a little high.

I called because my downstairs neighbor reported water leaking through her ceiling. I found water accumulating around my hot-water heater, and called a plumber. I got disconnected on three tries to call (twice right when I called, and once when I was trying to talk to the office), but once I got through on the fourth try, service was excellent. The person on the phone asked how large my water heater was, whether it was gas or electric, and how old it was (presumably, if it was old, the repair might involve replacing it). The main office called me when the plumber was dispatched, and told to expect him in about 30 minutes, which is when he arrived. It took 90 minutes from the original call to the plumber's arrival; this is fine on a Sunday afternoon. When he came, he looked around the water heater, and found that the leak wasn't there. Rather, it was from the pipe which drains the condensation from the heat pumps; he showed me where the pipe was backing up. He could not fix the pipe because that was not his responsibility; I live in a condominium, and the clogged pipe was a common pipe, outside my apartment, and thus the responsibility of the building management. I was charged a fee for the diagnostic visit.
