Enviroserve

Enviroserve was excellent! The technician who came out, Karl Locke was amazing. I called earlier in the day and they were able to come to my home on the same day.  He took the time to explain everything that was happening in a detailed manner. He provided me with a solution to the problem and provided recommendations on how to prevent the problem from happening again. The best part of it all was that he was even able to start the work that evening. Since the entire drying and dehumidifier process had to take at least three days, he called me in the mean time to check the progress and to make sure everything was going ok. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs to have water remediation due to a flood, leak, or any other water issue. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, reasonable prices, quality of the work, and his ability to go above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

Due to a recent snowstorm and spate of cold weather, my sump outlet pipe froze and I ended up with about 2 inches of water in my basement. I tried calling a lot of companies for clean up and they were all busy. Enviroserve was able to come right away. I had the plumber in to fix the problem with the sump and then the Enviroserve crew came in and cleaned out all of the damaged carpet and set up fans and dehumidifiers to get the basement dried out. I found the crew (Karl in particular who I mostly dealt with) to be very knowledgeable about what to do to remediate, as well as extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is faced with the same situation.
