When I first went to see Dr. Kerr in February of 2007 I was using a wheelchair outside of the home and a walker at home. I had pretty much given up hope of ever recovering any of my strength or mobility. My fatigue was overwhelming and even holding a conversation exhausted me. He immediately changed my medications, adding some to help with symtoms and eliminating others. When I had adjusted to the medication changes, he started me on Tysabri infusions monthly. I responded very quickly and in fact was able to dance at my son's wedding in July. Granted, it was one dance with my son and one with my husband, but I would have never believed that it was even a possibility just six months earlier. I am continuing treatment and being monitored by Dr. Kerr and his staff. I am now able to look forward to a bright future instead dreading it.
