Everyone (estimator to work team) showed up when they said they would and completed the work as described on time. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the work crew and office staff. Cox was very easy to work with.

Very well. They arrived on a Saturday morning and by the evening, were about 70% done. Hoped to finish up Sunday and got almost finished but had to quit for the day because whoever ordered the shingles did not order enough. So they came back on Monday and finished it up in a few hours. The results were excellent. The roof looked great both in color (my wife picked out the burnt orange color) and style. Overall an excellent job. After completion of the roof, they spread out and started cleanup (nails, with a large magnet, tarpaper and shingles with a rake). After they left we took a close look at the roof and the yard, and were very happy with the results.

"I apologize for any miscommunication during our conversation; yes we do offer Free Estimates for Roof Replacements and there is a $100 charge for same day service and repair appointments to inspect the area in need of repair which we will provide a price of what that repair would cost to be preformed. If you choose to move forward then that $100 trip/inspection charge is waived and only the cost of the repair would be due at completion of the service. During our conversation I was under the impression that this is what you were looking to do. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding."

I called about 5 different companies to try to get some siding repair work done and this was the ONLY company that not only answered right away, but immediately scheduled an appointment; all the other places told me "they'd call me back" and never did. The estimator arrived right on time and was very nice and professional. He looked at my problem (leaky window due to siding not attached properly) and gave me an estimate on the spot. the company called me a few days later and scheduled the project. I didn't have to be home since all the work was being done on the outside. They emailed me pictures of their work. Everything went very smoothly. I absolutely recommend Cox Roofing!

The crew arrived on time, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Before the work started, the company sent me important information about what to expect, how long the job might take, etc. After completion, they e-mailed me photos of the work in different stages, which I also found very helpful. The work was finished about a month ago, and I am very pleased with the results.

Cox crew was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgable. Leak had been present for 6 years. The Cox team were first identify and fix it after many previous attempts by other roofers. Admin staff were also extremely efficient and helpful. Excellent experience.

Very well. Rick Harris the estimator was very helpful. Since we had an active leak they got to us quickly. There was a crew of at least ten men working continuously until they finished the job. They cleaned up outside. My only complaint is that they did not warn me about the dust inside my attic. Fortunately a friend suggested that I cover stuff with tarps and that helped with the cleanup.

Cox Roofing's Estimator, Rick Harris, arrived at my home on Tuesday, June 28th, right on time. Though I was having a problem with rain seeping through one area of my roof, Rick was helpful in pointing out several other areas that also needed work. He prepared an estimate, and the expected repairs were scheduled for Friday, July 1st, weather permitting.
Threatening rain on July 1st, I was happy their crew got a jump on rush-hour traffic and arrived at my home at 8 A.M. (before their actual work day began). Their crew was prompt, efficient and everyone at Cox Roofing had excellent customer service skills. The work was completed by 10 A.M., before it started raining, and the work area was cleaned up.
Do yourself a favor, and choose Cox Roofing as your roofer. They will stand behind their work, and you won't go wrong!

I contacted Cox Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof after being frustrated that every time it rained I had to put a tub in the back room to collect the water that would drip from the ceiling fan. I was given a very fair estimate and a detailed scope of the work that needed to be done. I was even shown pictures of the current condition of my roof which looked like a badly cracked cell phone screen. A date was set up and just as promised, the day before the job a truck came and delivered all of the materials. The next morning right on time the workers arrived and started the dismantling of my roof. They placed a tarp on my back porch to collect all of the debris that would be removed during the process. I was called by the project manner during the day and was given updates and confirmation that everything was going as planned. I left the house for several hours and when I returned all of the debris was removed, you couldn't even tell that major construction had been going on just hours before. My final invoice included pictures of the process before and after. I was so very impressed with how professional and timely everything went. I would definitely recommend Cox Roofing to anyone who has an issue with their roof. They even replaced some missing shingles on the front of my house free of charge. I feel confident that the next time it rains I won't have to worry about a thing. I'm even looking forward to the next rain! Outstanding job Cox Roofing!

There was something they said they were going to repair and they missed it and so we had to call back and take pictures of it and call back and they sent someone back out and repair it. One of the short comings is when they came to give us an estimate they just looked from the ground and so they they gave us a general estimate of $600 and then they came back and actually got up there and they saw the problems and then it became more than what was anticipated. They were pleasant and they responded but some of the extra time was wasted and they hadn't done a thorough estimate from the beginning. They did work but it just wasn't executed well and thoroughly and so it ended up being just extra time wasted. They were very responsive.
