-They responded to our situation promptly and the finished job was completed in one day with some extra fiinishing touches completed at no extra charge. Our situation needed more than normal attention as we were left high and dry by a previous roofer who took our money and left us with a partially torn off roof. This caused us to have leaking and water damage to the second floor of the house, and time
was of the essense in staving off further damage. Cox roofing restored our roof and our peace of mind considering the terrible situation
we were put in. I won't go any further as to name which company that defrauded us in this review, as this is all about giving an A+ rating

Chris made sure that the he thoroughly explained all aspects of the work that was needed. I really appreciate his sincerity and honesty in assessing my roof. As a first time home owner, it is always good to have the services of such professionals at hand! There price was very fair and the work was done on time. Chris, Brian, Ms. Cindy and even the crew who did my roof explained and answered my questions with a smile! Everyone was very professional, helpful, and kind people who are not trying to swindle their customers. After the crew finished Brian emailed me before and after pictures of my roof, thing but smiles from me!! I will definitely refer Cox Roofing to anyone who has a roofing problem. I was shocked at the number of guys on the crew to do my roof (duplex rancher). I had 9 guys to begin with and later in the afternoon a couple more showed up to begin all the clean-up of old material. I had a question about an area of boards that I thought might need to be replaced and it needed to be looked at from inside my attic. I asked one of the guys and he came right in with me, went up to the attic, looked at the area and went back out to speak to the foreman on the roof. That quick they decided to replace that board even though it looked alright from the outside.
I also had some concrete work done. The guys were friendly and hard-working. As different projects come up around my home I will contact the company first to see if they have a division that can handle it.

They took photos and documented every step of their work, so we received before, during and after photos of our roof with the final bill. The cost was almost $1000 lower than what we expected, which gives a head start on our next remodeling project, the kitchen. We will definitely be calling Cox to do our kitchen remodel as well.
All of the employees we dealt with, Chris, the gentleman who did our estimate, the crew who came out to do the job and Cindy, who works in their office, were professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing or remodeling needs. They're awesome!

- I had an unbelievably bad experience with Nick from BLC. Nick had contacted me 5 minutes after putting my request for service in online. We spoke several times on the phone and he guaranteed me that he would be at my home when the insurance company came and help me get the best possible deal on my roof repair. I told Nick that the insurance company was coming at 6pm and that I would try to get home before they got there, as close to 5:30 as possible. Nick and I spoke on the phone at 5:32pm and he said he was about 6 minutes away. I told him that I was stuck in traffic and shouldn't be much longer. I got home at 5:46pm and ran inside to go to the bathroom. When I got out, I checked my phone and I had missed 3 calls within 5 minutes and a message asking me where I was. I called Nick back at 5:52pm (his message was left at 5:51). He took off and refused to return to my house or answer the phone ever again. It's 5 days later and he has still not given me the courtesy of a phone call, an apology or an excuse. Can't a person hit the head after being stuck in traffic for over an hour racing home to make an appointment that she wasn't late for? I could understand him leaving had we not spoken just minutes beforehand but that was not the case. However, never reaching out to me again and not returning my calls is unprofessional and inexcusable. It is obvious that good (or even acceptable) customer service is not a priority to them and knowing what I know now, I feel lucky that Nick and BLC showed their true colors before I hired them to perform a service on my home and got major league screwed. I would not recommend Nick nor BLC to my worst enemy (or maybe I would ;))! BTW, all calls and times are saved in my cell phone in case there is any doubt or this information is refuted!
