Iâ m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstandingâ ¦. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! I highly recommend Cox roofing to anybody who is considering having a new roof installed. They very affordable, prompt, and professional, They also communicated well from start to finish. I received before and after pictures of the project.

I highly recommend this company. I had a new asphalt shingle roof installed as well as new gutters. They were prompt and efficient. The clean up was incredible. When giving the initial estimate, social distancing protocol was recognized. Definitely worth hiring!

Excellent customer service; we needed extensive roof work not just a tear off and replace - Cox submitted the most complete/inclusive estimate while their price was still far less than competitors; job was started quickly and finished in one day; crew was extremely thorough down to every minute detail

Came out to the house and worked hard. My only little gripe is the clean up. I might have had 100 nails on my back deck. No big deal but very noticeable. A little pricey but great work.

From start to finish Mr. Cox was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've been most happy with there workmanship, install,and clean up. I wish them continued success, because they deserve it !

They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of not only installing the roof but doing additional roof structural repairs as needed. They also installed new fascia board and gutters.

They are very busy, but they gave us the most for the lowest price. After the estimate, the next time they came by, we didn't even have to talk with them, they just worked in the backyard and left. It was a little odd, but it worked! I didn't like the last-minute planning of the work day—they called the night before and said they'd like to come by the next day—but since we technically didn't need to be there, I guess it didn't matter too much.

Professional, efficient, customer oriented and great value. I would recommended them for roofing needs!

THE CREW WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY

Shortly after repairing my roof, we developed a leak. We asked BLC to come out for an estimate. The salesperson assured us that they could easily fix the problem, and that it would be warrantied if we had any issues. The team came out for the repair, but the roof continued to leak. We contacted BLC about having this fixed under warranty, and they then explained that if we read our contract carefully, that repairs are not covered. They however, agreed to send out another team who proceeded to bang down a few loose nails, and recommended that we have another more extensive repair to resolve the problem that was now leaking through the ceiling and damaged two rooms of our home, for several thousand dollars more. Finally, we hired a local contractor who came out, and for a few hundred dollars, replaced the drip edge, which was all that was ever needed and we haven't had a leak since. I'm disappointed that the salesperson promised our repair would be covered under warranty, that we were charged higher than market price to ensure that we would receive a successful repair, and were left with nothing but water damage and empty promises. I am however, pleased that we were able to find a local roofer to assist us once BLC tried for another cash grab, rather than standing by their work.

The guys had a long drive to where I was located about 2 hours - even with the long drive they were ready to work. They had to take off our 110 year old slate roof - plywood and shingle and reinstall our lightening rods. It was a two day job - but they were awesome making sure everything was done and we were satisfied before they left on the second day. On both days - Rob the project manger came by to make sure everything was going well and to see if anything was needed - they also did a good cleanup afterward. If I am still around in 40 or 50 years when the roof needs to be done again - I will be calling them first.

Staff was professional, prompt, and completed the job quickly. There was additional cost for 25 sheets of plywood. Cleanup met expectations. They are doing a second house this week.

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Cox Roofing. I had two roofs that needed work and received a good price on them both. One had to be completely replaced and the other roof needed shingle roofing repair. The Roofer took video footage of my home roof and I was able to see the condition of my roof. I was given a discount on the work that was done because they performed work on two roofs. The work was completely timely and debris was removed from the premises. I referred two friends who also are in need of new roofs.

They removed cedar shake roofing and replaced with designer shingle which they had helped us select through weeks of selection process. The work leader and team were very prompt, efficient and removed all debris without damaging landscaping..Great job, great folks to work with.

I am a first time home-buyer and very new to the entire experience of renovating and remodeling. Chris and his team were exceptionally honest and patient in their explanation of projects and proposals. Their pricing was better than the other two estimates that we obtained, and his attentiveness to our designs was flawless. Chris and his team have done an exceptional job with our kitchen. It literally looks like a completely different house. The granite counter tops were installed flawlessly, and are such great quality for the price we paid. What really stands out is his team's willingness to fill in the gaps and help with parts of the kitchen that I didn't even know needed to be done: like when we had them install the double wall oven. I didn't know that there would be a huge gap to fill, and they filled it in with the same type of wood exactly. They don't cut corners at all and they make sure that the entire project is flawless. Although the project took a little longer than anticipated (because we caught them right at busy season) the work was well worth the wait. They installed our beautiful new sink and plumbing with no problems, and the granite is just exquisite. The centerpiece of our kitchen, the new island, is breathtaking. They installed a cook top and electrical outlet and completely customized it to our liking. We will definitely be consulting them for future jobs, and have already referred them to friends looking for work done too.

Rob was very professional any questions I had was answered. New Roof was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up when done. The crew was great also. My first time with this company, and will use them again. Customer service was the best I have had. Rick the estimator was professional and knows what he is doing. Very happy customer.
