Overall, it was a good experience. Techs were competent and polite. Answered all of my questions. The only negative was that they didn’t arrive during the 2-hour window they had stated—it was much later. However, I did receive a text letting me know they would be late. Fortunately, I was still available to be there for their late arrival.

I hired Chesapeake property services to clean my dryer vent that’s 22 feet off the ground. The two gentlemen that came out were on time, friendly and worked quickly. They were able to get a ton of lint out of the system. I would definitely hire them again.
