Beltrand came for what was supposed to be a simple gutter replacement and found significant rotting wood supporting my gutters and my roof. Instead of covering the rotten wood with new gutters, they showed me the problem and made room in their schedule to fix it. I appreciated the extra support. They made more money, but saved me money in rebuilding in a few years. My only disappointment was that the staff kept putting supplies on my plants! I moved them in the evenings after they left :-).

My contractor was over 45 minutes late although he apologized after I called I was pleased with the findings

So Far, things are good, however the proof is how long will the repair last and what will they do if there is a problem. I did not receive any kind of a receipt for the work.I still think that $750.00 for 3 pieces of siding and an hour or so of work is excessive, but it is what it is. tx Joe K

Small job, but they were here on time, submitted the bid and did the job the next day at the time they said. Cleaned up and everything was good.

Beltrands did a great job as soon as they saw the problem. The repair they made saved me $650.00.

Beltrand did a super job at a decent price. While performing the work, additional damage, not known before was discovered and hey let me know before wok was finished for my approval for the extra work. All work was done in a professional manner.

Beltrands did a very good job of repairing/replacing a section of the metal siding on my house. They looked at the problem and gave me two options of how to repair the problem. I chose the more complete one which would take 2 days. They had to wait to get two days with no rain. They did an excellent job,. You can't see any evidence that there had been a problem. They had to cut back some tree limbs to get access to the work area. They were very good about cleaning up and leaving everything in good condition. Would definitely hire again.

The owner came out on time and gave an estimate and arranged a start date. His two workers arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They did more than I expected and did an excellent job. They did a thorough job of clean up. I would hire them again in a minute!

The owner, Mr. Beltrand came out for free estimate of work and follow up was done as needed. I had wood trim repaired on outside of my townhouse. Rotten wood on rake boards along roof, trim around front entrance door, and windows including a large bay window with column trim. Excellent work crew. They were on time and all repairs were completed in 1 week. I recommend this company.

This company provided superior service! We had the old rotted wood trim around our exterior front picture window and all upstairs bedroom windows removed and replaced with vinyl board. The material was painted to match our townhouse colors as regulated by our H.O.A. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The men were courteous and arrived on schedule, and all debris was cleaned up and removed from our property. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Beltrandâ s to other customers!
