AES was Fantastic!! During a time of real stress, once you suspect you have a mold problem in your home, Jeff and Josh came and promptly and thoroughly assessed the problem and rapidly dealt with it over the course of two days in a way that made me feel very comfortable. Their prices were also very fair. The team did a great job in my house and left it in much better condition than when they arrived. Thank you AES! I recommend them most highly!!!

The guys kept me up to date on time and date of arrival. Took pics and showed me exactly what was done. Super nice people to deal with.

Good, quality work and showed up on time. My main problem is customer service. I had to track them down to see if they were still coming out to do the job. They need to communicate with customers in a timely fashion and not wait until the last second. I do work and need to schedule time off. I need this information ahead of time not the day before at 4pm.

These guys are timely, through, and easy to work with. They kept me in the loop as to their progress and went out of their way to come back to do some touch up.

Their estimate was considerably higher than some of the others but they recommended preforming other functions that made sense to me to spend the extra money to accomplish the result that I wanted. They were courteous and on time and they did what they said they were going to do and some more!

I would HIGHLY recommend Atlantic Environmental and Keith Whitehead for mold remediation. They were nothing but professional from the first time I called until after the work was done. I can't recommend Keith's services enough. He came out and did a visual inspection of my property, informed me of the types of mold I was dealing with, recommended several remediation options according to my specific needs and worked with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the whole process. He was there every step of the way. If you need mold remediation, call AE. You'll be glad you did!

Atlantic Environmental Solutions and owner Keith Whitehead complete the job in timely manner and kept on schedule. The workers went the extra mile with everything they did. We discussed the work beforehand, made some minor adjustments to the contract along with Keith giving us some outside tips on preventing future water issues. They removed all of the contents from the area and disposed of it. All work was completed per the contract. The area was spotless and passed the post-test with flying colors. All of their efforts were much appreciated...especially in the extreme temperatures we were experiencing.

Job was done in a very timely manner

Keith Whitehead, Jr. called me right away. He came, made his inspection-very professional, gave me options, and a quote. He then emailed me a contract. I was impressed with the promptness, politeness, of his initial visit. His price was right in line with what I expected not to mention no one could beat the quote! He and his staff showed up today. Laid plastic sheeting on the carpet and stairs, brought the equipment in and promptly got to the job at hand. I've never seen a clean up done so well!!!! The staff knew what to do and were very thorough. Then hauled all of the debris off to the dump! They even carried a couple pieces of ruined furniture outside for me. Keith encouraged me that in the weeks ahead should I have any questions to be sure to contact him. In all aspects of this job Keith and his team were just FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Atlantic Environmental Services!! They deserve my 5 star rating with several +++ after!!

Fantastic service. Keith took the time to explain in great detail about how the mold remediation process works. He returned phone calls/emails promptly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. During the remediation additional mold was found and remediated without additional cost. I wish all contractors were as easy to worth with as AES.

Keith came out personally to give us an estimate, which turned out to be SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the second one we got. He explained the process in detail and scheduled us quickly which we appreciated since we have a baby in the house. He and his three man crew arrived punctually on the project date. He stayed and supervised the work the entire time and made himself available to show us what was being done and to answer any questions. Our home was left neater than he had found it, with a crew member even vacuuming his way out of the basement to be sure. We felt very comfortable with the service provided and would recommend Atlantic.

They did a good job overall. One problem though was that a sump pump was initially improperly installed but they quickly remedied the situation to our satisfaction.

AES was very professional and did a complete job. The workers were respectful and professional, and Keth Whitehead kept us up-to-date as the project moved along. AES was reasonably priced and clear as to what would be done as part of the job. Hopefully I won't have to hire AES again, but wouldn't hesitate to do so if need be.
