They focus on getting in and out as quickly as possible, and the quality of their work reflected that. They were not thorough. The most important thing to me is that my house is cleaned when they finish and it wasn't. The price quoted was for every other week cleaning.

"AS BEING OWNER OF THIS COMPANY I FELT THAT THE EXPECTATIONS OF THIS HOUSE CLEANING WAS SOMETHING WE COULD NOT FULFILL, I EXPLAINED THAT TO THE CUSTOMER AND EXPLAINED THAT SHE MAY BE BETTER GETTING A COMPANY THAT WOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETELY SATISFY HER NEEDS. SHE EXPRESSED SHE WAS PAYING MORE THEN 30% MORE FOR THIS HOUSE CLEANING THEN OTHER COMPANIES AND I EXPRESSED IF SHE COULD SUPPLY A FULL HOUSE CLEANING ESTIMATE I WOULD REFUND HER THE DIFFERENCE. SHE NEVER REPLIED AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. WE TRIED TO BE ACCURATE AND WHETHER WE HAD 4 OR 5 PEOPLE WE COMPLETED THE TASK AT HAND NOT THE TIME AT HAND. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO BACK UP MY CLAIMS."

Wendy came in and gave me a per room estimate... it was very extensive telling me exactly what they do. Once I looked over the estimate I was able to add items I wanted... special cleaning requests. I found her prices are very reasonable What I liked was she was very upbeat and personable and cares about her customers. When I first contacted her, I emailed her and she responded with a call right away. I am not sure how that woman could say she wasn't contacted -- due to Wendy's extensive customer commitments (both commercial and residential) I have found we communicate alot by email, where she can (and does) response at all hours. Not sure how she juggles it all with a family. I would suggest using the email listed if you do not reach her by phone. The company is bonded and insured but I have had no issues with dishonest (a normal concern) as she has a key to my home. Each week she emails me the amount of the service performed for that visit (remember she does per room estimates so you can pick and choose your options) as I charge the cleaning to my credit card after each one - which is an added plus. The price above is for the options Another thing I like, is no matter if she is there every week, two weeks, 3 or 4.. the price is the same - she is figuring she is cleaning the same dirt... why should it take any extra time. Other companies charge more for longer intervals. I am very pleased with the special effort her team makes and I have referred them to all my friends... Wendy is my lifesaver... as it is so nice to come home from a tough day to a clean house!!!

The people who performed the service were very professional and did a very thorough job. The price was very good and exactly as they estimated it to be. They came on time, they were careful around my home and they were easy to talk to.
