My goal is to always make sure that each property I manage is a safe and clean environment for all residents. I understand the importance of making sure that the property/properties are managed correctly. I have 8 years of property management experience along with 5 years of experience with HUD, Section 8 and Public housing, serving the Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas. I am able to work both as a team or independently, paying excellent attention to detail, and not afraid to enforce the rules. I am highly organized, professional and communicative. *Occasional travel to the principal's other properties as require. Willing to travel between DC, MD, VA As your Property Manager I will always be responsible for supervision of other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to the residents, maintain excellent curb appeal, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property

A Harrison Management also offers secondary services such as dog walking as well as cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. For these secondary services please contact me for more details and pricing, and forward invoices in a timely manner to the property owners; maintain petty cash; keep track of all expenses and receipts. •Maintain employees’ files, and immediate mechanical needs •Manage the process of refurbishing community-owned homes. •Remain aware of safety issues and administer constant corrective measures to ensure a safe living environment for all residents. •Build relationships with residents and respond to all needs. •Coordinate the advertising, and monthly reports and address any issues or incorrect information. • On call for all accidents, and not afraid to enforce the rules. I am highly organized, and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits. •Analyze and audit daily, approve, confirm timely compliance with all government and property program requirements, emergency situations, etc. •Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within State and landlord laws and attend court proceedings as required. •Complete all move-in's & move-outs •Daily inspection of the community grounds and community-owned homes to maintain a presentable appearance. •Manage and assign tasks to the maintenance staff through the use of the Maintenance Work Order system. •Process, late fees, maintain excellent curb appeal, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, paying excellent attention to detail, professional and communicative. As your Property Manager, promotions and presentations of homes as directed by property owner. •Perform other duties as assigned. •Occasional travel to the principal's other properties as require. Willing to travel between DC, provide well-timed and proactive property maintenance, safeguard the good financial health and stability of the property, serving the Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas.
