Description of Work: Tim was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my condo before it was sold. I use Tim whenever I have a need for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I can't say enough good things about Shamrock. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs carpet and upholstery cleaning in the Baltimore area.

Description of Work: It was a miracle! Cleaned stairway and hall up to my son's former bedroom which hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time and was pretty disgusting (stains everywhere). In the end he apologized for not being able to remove one small stain. Everything looked amazing!

Description of Work: Not much - was to clean carpet in a very lightly lived in condo. equipment was old, did not move a chair or a plant - just went around the open areas without much effort. Everyone who saw the carpet after cleaning were shocked at how ineffective it was. Very disappointed

He was very flexible in working with me on times and did a wonderful job with my carpets. I had some company come over soon after the carpets were done and someone actually thought we had gotten new carpets. Can't say enough good things about their service!
