Perfectly. We have 2 dogs and we had urine marks on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. It is totally gone and no residual scent can be detected on a very close inspection! We have used Shamrock to clean our carpeting and upholstery for 4 years and have never been disappointed. He is prompt, professional, and the price for his services is reasonable.

Excellent! We have been using Tim to clean our carpets for a number of years now, and couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is pleasant, efficient, very reasonably priced and the carpets look and smell great each time when he is finished. He has been able to get out stains from water damage that previous specialists were unable to. Recently, we've had him clean our wood floors which also came out very well.

The rugs were collected, cleaned and returned. The owner agreed to keep the rugs a few extra days because we were having hardwood floors installed. When the rugs were delivered, they helped me roll them out. The rugs looked great. we are very pleased and will definitely use this company again.

These guys were great! I hired them for my parents' house, and although they were booked up, they fit us in because out of state family was coming to visit and the carpets really needed to be cleaned. Tim, the owner, gave us a two hour window and called my mom when he was getting close. He brought one guy to help him, and that man vacuumed while Tim started the cleaning process. I am so pleased that they vacuumed, because I've never had a company do that before. There were some pet spots on one of the bedroom carpets, and they were honest in saying that they weren't sure they could get them totally out. But they worked **** ** the spots and they look much better than before. The carpets were barely damp by the time they suctioned and blotted up the water, and they offered booties for my parents to wear until the drying process was finished. FYI, my parents home is a 1375 s.f. rancher, and the portion they had cleaned was probably about 1100 s.f., with one of the bedrooms having berber and the living room having a large, almost room sized rug on top of Pergo. They also had an average sized sofa cleaned. Total cost came to only $225.00 Everything looks great and we would strongly recommend Shamrock to anyone who needs carpet and upholstery cleaning services.

Fantastic! They did a great job. They arrived early, after calling to confirm. The carpets look great. They also cleaned two area rugs that also came out nice. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

The service was fine. He was quick. I have no complaints about it. He was clean, neat, and together and he was all by himself. The price was fine. The quality was good. Everything about him was clean and quick. His follow-up and appointment setting was done very well. He was here on time. He seemed to be very professional. He is the cleanest cleaner I have ever seen. If I had to, I would use him again.
