Excellent experience. Especially honest opinion of different options to choose from although the price was slightly higher than other proposals. Work included removal of old HVAC and installation of new Bosch HVAC and took about a day. The installers were very diligent in their work, pleasant at all times and responsive to all my questions. I commend them for their positive attitude and work ethic. I strongly recommend Pro Tech HVAC and plan to use them again for future works.

Chris was awesome. They come to your house and take the time to do measurements and readings of all the vents to get an accurate understanding of what you need. Price was competitive with everyone else and the service was tremendous. Would definitely recommend.

Pro-Tech HVAC replaced our upstairs HVAC system. There were fantastic. The face of Pro-Tech is Chris Hale, a true professional who was there from start to finish. When developing the estimate, he performed a manual-j calculation to verify the size of the unit, and checked the flow at all of the vents. He didn't try to upsell equipment, and gave me a very reasonable price for three potential systems. He was the only one who didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot, and he emailed me all of the information within a day of our appointment. We went with the least cost, American Standard. When we placed our order, Chris was actually able to procure the higher-quality Lennox system for the same amount, so we went with that unit instead. Chris and his crew arrived on time on Thursday, and stayed until the job was done. When they realized the old thermostat was incompatible, Chris bought a replacement one and hooked it up at no additional cost. I highly recommend them, and I will use Pro-Tech HVAC for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Project: Replace a furnace and 47 year old A/C unit. If you want a excellent company, contact Pro-Tech HVAC. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technicians. I observed, how they were able to make adjustments to solve any problems they encountered. Chris was even willing to go into our attic to correct a 47 year old problem we have had with an air duct. My family is very pleased to now have cool air on all 3 floors of our home. For the long length of time that was spent correctly installing the furnace and A/C , I was very pleased with reasonable cost of the replacement units and installation.

Everyone I met from the company were friendly and knowledgable professionals. I received three quotes for replacement of my home A/C system and ProTech was by far the least expensive. After installation there was a slight issue with a component of the furnace the wasn't included in the scope of work, yet the folks at ProTech went above and beyond and repaired it to ensure I had a functional system in place without having to come out-of-pocket again. The part I was most impressed with - the gentleman that sold me the system was on-site during the installation to ensure what we discussed was what they delivered. I work for a services-based company as well and a phrase you typically hear is "don't confuse the implementation with the sale", meaning promise the customer the world to ensure you make the sale, knowing you won't or can't deliver exactly what is promised. That certainly was not the case with these guys - I highly recommend them.

Pro-Tech HVAC is one of the best I've every used for a needed home improvment. It was done with professionals that had the job done in a short lenghth of time. They were very friendly and respectful.
