KOONS TOYOTA

They have been fine and I can't remember any problems I have ever had with them. They are reliable, efficient, and provide shuttle service, I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.

I went there because of word of mouth. I wasn't looking to spend a whole lot of money. It was just used there in the dealership so it was well maintained.

The work took about two hours. They're excellent.

We’ve owned 4 Toyota and that h dealership has provide good service since 2004. The service is phenomenal.

It's kind of weird when you schedule an appointment you call them up with technical questions they take too long. They do an okay work they a little more expensive than I would like but not too bad.

I will use them again in future.

We always ask for Warren has he is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and friendly.  We have been using them for a few years now and will continue to go back to them.  This was a very busy time for them and they came through for us and took care of the repairs promptly.  They also provided a car for us to use while our cars were being repaired.

They are good. They have a nice service area. Their prices are about the going rate. They also have a shuttle if I have something that is time consuming, that will take me back home and pick me up. They have donuts in their waiting room. They are fairly reliable with what they tell me needs to be done with my car. My car is 12 years old and I've been taking it there the whole time.The price could be cheaper but it is not terrible.

Service manager (not my usual contact) claimed the mechanic had found a radiator leak, and took me back to show me. there was crystalized pink radiator fluid on the hoses. The estimate for repair was over $400.00.
I took it to my regular mechanic, and he said it was dried fluid from the overflow, and Koons was attempting to and quot;upselland quot; their services. I called to complain, and received a half-hearted apology from a manager. I will not take my car back there unless I have to, and always get a second opinion.

We went through a buying service True car, and where were emailed and called by three Toyota dealers in the area, Koon's was the only one that our salesperson Margo only called us once, I explained the situation to her that we were just looking and were not ready to buy yet. She suggested we come out and take the truck for a drive just to make sure it was everything we wanted. We did there was no pressure to buy, after about a week we decided that we were going to buy it now. We called our salesperson Margo and set up a time to meet, the deal was worked they honored the True car price, and worked with us on the trade in. It was nice to go to a dealer that not only cared about the deal but also cared about what we wanted too. Overall the experience was excellent and for my next car I would not go anywhere else

They are really helpful friendly, and their remodeling rite now. Next time I take car in, they should have a new building for service. They are just friendly and cooperative. The have a waiting area in old building, but I am told the new waiting area is suppose to be very nice.
