Great customer service! Technician did a great job explaining what he was doing all while hooking up the new water line.

Company was flexible with the time frame we requested. Projects included replacing water pressure tank and gauges; repairing leak in shower head and faucet; replacing kitchen faucet; and reconfiguring drainage under kitchen sink. Steve was their tech and he was professional, informative and accommodating. Pricing was more than reasonable and quality of service was exceptional. Would definitely highly recommend!!!

Reasonable costs. Installer was very flexible and accommodating. Where they lost .5 stars was that grout was not placed completely around the toilet base--just the front.

I had them come out to look at replacing it. They told me it didn't need to be replaced. We put more chemicals in it and it's working great now! Excellent service.

We had a frozen pipe and they came out the same day and found and repaired the problem in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable. The plumber did a great job. Couldn't be happier!

We had a hole in our water heater expansion tank and 2 companies from Home Advisor contacted us with offers for a service call. The other company wanted to charge a fee to come and give an estimate, Hague does not. Hague offered to send a technician the same day, within hours of the call. Our technician Steve arrived and gave a quote to replace the water heater expansion tank, which could be replaced but we decided that our aging, less efficient water heater should be replaced as well. Steve came back the same afternoon with all of the supplies to change out the unit. He took pride in his work, answered all of my questions and showed me how the new unit operates. We highly recommend Hague and we've already given a referral to our neighbors. (Our only question is about the labor warranty for our unit, but we emailed for confirmation. Hague has great customer service and answer all communications promptly so I expect we'll hear from them during business hours tomorrow.) We will definitely call Hague again for any of our plumbing needs.

Brian was to arrive between 2 and 5 and arrived at 2 on the dot! He was extremely courteous and helpful. It turned out I needed a new faucet and we decided I would go and buy it while he removed the old one. I was back in good time and he installed the new faucet quickly. The charge was very reasonable and I am completely satisfied. I would definitely use Hague again. They charge by the hour and don't have a charge just for showing up, the way Len the Plumber does.

Hague Water quality of MD is professional, courteous, efficient and their equipment is top notch. Price was higher than expected, but the results were better than we have seen in 21 years of living with well water.

Tom, the plumber that sold me on the unit and also the person that did the install did a great job! He was efficient and on time. I could tell the difference in all my water the very first day. This water softener is one of the best things I've done for my house.
