Quick service. Did exactly what they they said they would- very happy with everything.

They are over priced and do not do a good job. I do not think the **technician was a plumber** He came an hour later than the 3-hour window. He made the toilet worse after attempting to fix it. He did come back 3 days later with a part to fix it. The second part of the project was a cap on the sewage system and a clean out. They charged over $600 while we got a nearby plumber who did a good job for $400. Do not use them.

Avoid like the plague! Terrible customer service! Hague misdiagnosed the problem and left me with the bill and a useless new water pump that I did not need. The problem was with the well, and the new pump did not help. The new well required a different type of pump. They then denied a return or any credit after less than one hour of operation. I paid my bill and ended up with a brand-new pump sitting unused in the shed.

They were great getting here and getting the job done, but almost $200 for replacing a washer on my well pump seemed extremely steep.

They were willing to come to the house for a free estimate.Other companies wanted to give me a telephone quote.There was never a question of additional charges. The tech reconnected my BGE energy saver device. They also offered a dining gift card with their service, and the office staff was friendly and helpful.

I was contacted almost immediately after submitting a request for an estimate. Originally I was just pricing a new water heater and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Soon after we finished talking my old water heater started to go quickly, so I moved on to hiring. I had already gotten a few quotes and Hague was very competitive. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and had a new water heater Tuesday morning. All interactions were helpful, professional, and friendly. The workers showed up on time and left the work area clean and tidy. I would definitely do business with them again.
