Installation was quick and easy. The Technicians were knowledgeable and were a lot of help.

They were on time and I am very happy on how they installed the pumps and completed the other projects that I requested. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

He had to cut a hole in the wall to run a vent duct thru the garage to the outside. The hole was pitiful. Birds could have flown in around the duct. When a job requires a hole in the wall, the contractor needs to know how to cut holes. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

They made two trips to our facility to talk over our job. They took water samples and phoned us with results. They've sent two versions of proposals for us to evaluate, and have contacted us by phone several times. Hope the work turns as good as the initial planning they've done.

While they weren't the cheapest, they had the most integrated and maintenance free system we could find -- value for the price. Also, the unit is comparatively attractive and easy to use/understand. Our well water is much softer and tastes and smells clean without any discernable loss in pressure!

Quick to respond. Flexible on schedule of work (evenings). Price reasonable. Did not try to sell us anything other than what we wanted. Arrived late (but called about 10 min after the apt time)

Installation was completed yesterday and went very well. I am hoping that the system is as good as their customer service.

Fast response and installed a quality product - we purchased a reverse os filter. They have since serviced our existing water softener as well (even though it was originally purchased from someone else) and have been very responsive and courteous. Much better then our original provider. I also appreciated their sales approach which was informative without be an all out sales assault.

We have utilized their services for treatment of our water softener system in the past and were very pleasantly surprised at the level of profesional workmanship that they demonstrated when relocating our system for us.
