We required Hauge to return because we continued to have a problem and they worked us into their schedule and worked on the problem until it was fixed. Small, but stubborn job. Quick, Professional, Friendly, Reasonable. Only reason not a five star job, water control valve appears to be in backwards, but works fine.

They were extremely professional and customer-oriented. When they arrived it was clear the new water heater would not fit into the space we had. They came up with a solution, found us a new tank and answered all our questions. They also put in a reverse osmosis water system. All three technicians were great to work with.

The company representative who visited to do the job estimate and project plan was thorough and did a very good job explaining options and documenting how the work had to be completed. The installers' work was very well executed and they even made recommendations from the original plan to improve the installation and that saved some money due to reduced labor and materials. The 4 star rating is because the installers brought the wrong size well pump tank and had to schedule a second visit to complete the job.

Work was done professionally and with follow up. This has been my best experience with a water treatment company.

You can definitely tell the difference with our horrible well water before and now that their system has been installed. The water is perfect...no smell and leaves your skin and hair softer. No joke! Hague installed an under the sink RO water filtration system for me. They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable about all of the different types of water filtration systems. They gave me all of the options and helped me sort through and decided which system best met my needs. I hired Hague to install a water softener purchsed from a major store. I'd previously been quoted almost 3x as much from the store's selected vendor to perform the same task. Although Hague sells their own softener systems, they listened to me, responded quickly and professionally, and didn't try to force their product on me at all. I would definitely recommend Hague to anyone interested in the services and/or products they provide.
