Good communication, timely, good pricing. They came out, made the adjustments to the garage door that were necessary to fix the problem. In addition, they assisted in programming my remotes and even provided a free keychain remote.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
It took three visits over six weeks to be installed because the door was measured wrong on the first visit. The installed door has one panel which is scratched and needs to be replaced. I am waiting for this to be done, which will take another two to three weeks. The installer seemed well versed in 'garage door' but I was not favorably impressed with his demeanor beyond that.

"George,I am sorry you were inconvenienced in any way. Your door took longer than normal because it was a "special order" door due to the odd size. We go to the extreme to ensure customer satisfaction and in this case gave you an upgraded model at no additional charge. We did have a small scratch on one section that was from the factory and replaced promptly. I do hope you realize that because of the special size we had time constraints that are not normal and we went above and beyond in getting you an upgraded model. You expressed no displeasure at the time. Please contact me to tell me how we can make you a 100% satisfied customer"

"It is very difficult to respond to such a statement( contact me) but generally our prices are determined by quality of parts offered and the necessity to price things to stay in business. I have seen many garage door companies go out of business throughout the years because they under-priced and undercut other companies. I also have a large customer base that have been burned by such companies. Quality and professionalism come at a price I have found that in my 21 years in business price is relative to individuals. If you read the other comments and reviews you will see that most people love us!!"

Service technician came the next day at exactly the time specified. He completed the job in about 4 minutes. A wire had come unattached in the eye of the door opener. He waived the $55 service call but charged $88 for the repair. This seemed quite high to me.

The consultant who came to price the job was very knowledgeable. He showed me many options and gave me lots of information to help make my final decision. They sell Garaga doors, which has an interactive website so you can design your door and see what the finished product will look like before you order. The telephone contacts with the office were always timely and professional. The door took some time to come in, but I ordered it over the Christmas holiday, so that might have added to a delivery delay. Only one person showed up to install the door and the opener and it took half a day to install. There were no extra fees or costs.
