I needed a WDI report for my lender for a house I am buying. I filled out the request for a WDI off of Fidelity's website, and they contacted the seller's realtor and got access to the house to do the WDI report for me. I didn't even have to be there, which was great since I am currently out of state. The company was very responsive, responsible, and reasonable. I would use them again.

The person owns the company actually came out to inspect the house. I thought the service was very personal.

I like this company as they are dependable and they show up when they are scheduled too. They are also trustworthy as they even have a key to my home if I'm not home when they come. They always leave me a note to tell me that they were there. If there is ever a problem they will come back out free of charge.

Overall it was an excellent experience.

THEY AUTOMATICALLY COME OUT WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CALLING THEM UNLESS THERE ARE PROBLEMS. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN ME ADVICE OVER THE PHONE WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT FRUIT FLIES & HOUSE FLIES.

HORNETS WERE EXTERMINATED FROM UNDER THE DECK (CRAWL SPACE), AND AROUND ALL OF THE ENTRANCES TO THE HOUSE. ALSO, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH BARN RATS NEAR THE BACK DECK. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY MORE HORNETS NOR BARN RATS SINCE LAST MONTH'S SERVICE. VERY SATISFIED!

I HAVE USED FIDELITY FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT FOLLOW-THROUGH, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS EXCELLENT QUALITY OF SERVICE PERFORMED.

USED THE COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND WAS ALWAYS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH WORK DONE AND PRICE PAID. WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY/FRIEND.

THE INSPECTION PERSON WAS ON TIME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A THOROUGH SEARCH OF ALL ACCESSIBLE AREAS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.

HERMAN MOXLEY SHOWED UP AT THE HOME WE WERE PURCHASING ON TIME AND PROCEEDED TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. HE FOUND TERMITE DAMAGE ON ALL THREE LEVELS OF THE HOME. POINTED THEM OUT TO US. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MATTER OF FACT.
